The property lines are marked with private signage. You have access to a sliver of private Lake Erie beach bliss only two doors away (outlined in the house manual.) Feel free to use the 2 standup paddle boards, beach chairs, corn hole boards, Can-Jam, and fire pit.Property is very close to Davis Besse, which is an ideal location for fishing the reef complex for perch and walleye.Located close to many marshland areas that are great for birding. The Biggest Week in American Birding festival is right off of route 2 at Maumee Bay State Park from May 3rd-12th, this area is known as “The Warbler Capital of the World!” Immerse yourself in spring songbird migration and experience some of the best birding North America has to offer.Lastly, this is a quiet and safe space for relaxation and family fun.
