A short drive will take you to fabulous sandy beaches on the Dorset Coast. Perfect for surfing, kayaking, fishing.The Castleman Trailway at the back of the property, ideal for walking and cycling in the New Forest, and direct route to Moors Valley Country Park. One of the rooms has a King Size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, with storage drawers, hanging rail. Both rooms have black out roller blinds and black out curtains. There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower over, storage drawers and mirrored cupboard with shaver point. There is also a washer/dryer located in the upstairs bathroom.Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with full size 50/50 fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker, fan oven, with NEFF gas hob. The space is open plan with dining area and the living area comprising of a smart TV, corner sofa and swivel chair with footrest.
