It is well located to explore the myriad of local attractions. It has an entrance porch - great for storing beach equipment. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen/dining area with convection oven great for baking bread, lavatory and spacious refurbished living area with comfy sofas, large SMART TV and panoramic village views. The private gated garden has patio with table, chairs and catches the sun right into the evening, just 10 yards along the terrace.
