The apartment is completely private and secure away from the main house. In a gated property is located in a safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood and is surrounded by immaculate landscaping and gardens. The villa features European inspired decor and windows with incredible views. Enjoy a slice of pura vida. Lately we bult a large bath rooom that conects with the studio. Tha bath room is tropical style with bamboo ceeling straw lamps ciment floor and stone walls. It has queen bed where 2 people can sleep The wall of the showes is in glass and you have views of the central valley. Afte showering you can seat on a chair in the private balcony and enjoye the view. We have also a picnic basket for you to enjoy, water cooler and also a game of darts!Large ceiling fans installed in the villa. Nature's air conditioning (the Costa Rican breeze) does the rest! The villa is very secure, surrounded by six outdoor property cameras and the owners live next door. There is a laundry room on-site.There are nice restaurants in the area and take out places that you can get to by taxi (very cheap fare). The property is less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Atenas. There are yoga classes every day in Atenas and you can have private massages at home by appointment. A great acupuncturist is very close by as well.
