Historic, private & central 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully self contained cottage surrounded by picturesque bush land. 2 queen beds and a single bed for a fifth person. Bathrooms with showers and a claw foot bath. Fans and heaters plus electric blankets in the bedrooms. The Living room has a reverse cycle Heater/ air conditioner and a wood fireplace. Outside there is a fire pit, an outdoor entertaining area with spectacular views overlooking the local sports oval, the Yarra River and across to Mt Donna Buang. The cotttge is located right on the popular Lilydale to Warburton bike path, and in the middle of town, walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants, cafes and walking trails.There is driveway access and parking for up to 2 cars via Highfield Rd.- All linen provided, including towels for swimming in the river!- Children are welcome, but sorry no indoor pets and there is no secure yard for outdoor pets.- Breakfast provisions provided for first night.
