My first stay at a Microtel Hotel and I was very pleased. Having to stay for a month at a time is always hard but it helps when everyone at the hotel is friendly and the rooms are clean, cool and comfortable. Norma at front desk greeted us with a smile everyday as well as Judy , Juan and others. The housekeepers made sure we had everything we needed every day. I especially liked that they had a washer and dryer that worked 🙂we never took advantage of the free breakfast but I’m sure it was good. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight or for an extended stay. Thank you Microtel in Cotulla for going above and beyond for your guests🙂

I am in town for work and this is the first time I've stayed at this Fairfield Inn. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted, and even allowed to check in early, which was very helpful. Then when my TV wasn't working, Rosa Maria at the front desk was VERY helpful in helping to resolve the issue. All in all I am very pleased with the service I've recieved.
