Lovely little hotel in a very walkable area of the historic district. Clean, well appointed room with friendly staff and a coffee/tea bar open 24 hours/day. Our only issue was that we like to sleep in a dark room and all of the bright courtyard lights are on all night. Bring a sleep mask if you prefer a dark room. We would definitely stay again!

This is a quaint comfy hotel, the only issue we have is the room blinds. They are modern but not at all room darkening. They patio bistro lights shine all night and if goal is to relax and get extra sleep the room isn’t dark because of this and should be addressed. Otherwise very nice place if aren’t interested in having room dark for sleep

This was the cutest little room in Cottonwood. We’d definitely stay here again. Perfect location to be able to walk around to all the local restaurants.

A very cute property! Lovely clean, comfortable room and right in the historic district with plenty of restaurants, wine tasting rooms and shops for every taste. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place, with a great location!! Right in the heart of old town, easy to walk to everything. Really clean, nice staff. Great coffee available all the time. Cute courtyard

The room I stayed in was tiny the bathroom is. A. Shoe box no counter or space to move , it claims is very clean yet shower is plugged maybe a drain full of hair , I hate it that . I was on second floor no access for handicapped only stairs

Great little boutique hotel on the main ***** in Cottonwood. Numerous little shops and restaurants within short walking distance. Sedona is a short drive for hiking trails- I do not like staying in Sedona because it’s far too crowded the past several years. I enjoy staying here for short trips. Hotel is super cute and only drawback is the tiny bathroom but for a couple nights it’s fine. I think the bedding should be upgraded for the cold weather.
