National Park Hotel & Spa

Nice and clean hotel. Nice playroom for children. Courteous staff. Excellent dinner. Right in front of the chairlift. There is also a spa and a gym (although we didn't try it). On Saturday, musical entertainment enlivened the evening

My experience at the National Park Hotel was positive: at the reception the staff was welcoming, kind and friendly. The waiters were professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and VERY CLEAN. In short, a paradise surrounded by the wonderful Sila. The only flaw (which I think is enough to advise against having lunch or dinner in the structure) is the chef: self-defined as "the anti-cutting board" when asked for a plate of cured meats (which he then had brought anyway). Furthermore, although I had previously requested a vegan menu, he showed up at the table in an arrogant and superficial manner, asking me what I meant by "a plate of grilled vegetables" (a request I had made specifically to avoid putting the kitchen in difficulty), for then tell me "what do I care, ma'am, you have to eat them, not me". In short, no cutting board, no vegetables, I wonder if he hadn't preferred to prepare us a plate of sushi 🍣

We were looking for rest and relaxation and we found it. Of note is the courtesy and ease with which you get on well with the staff (10), you immediately feel like you're among friends, the food is truly excellent (9). A special note to the SPA, truly complete and functional, a small suggestion to make it truly top, a bit of music would be needed especially in the cabins and I would simply add to each one (a sticker or a plaque) which number it occupies in the recommended route and the recommended minutes to use them in total safety (maybe even hourglasses like in the sauna. A very small note that did not make me put the fifth dot, when the customer requests and books an external service, in our case the QUADs, make sure advance the times to avoid missing it. Recommended and we will return. Thank you

I stayed with friends at this hotel for a weekend. What can I say.....an enchanting place!!! Excellent welcome, splendid a**osphere, clean environment and attention to detail and customer care. The spacious rooms, tastefully furnished, top clean. A gem is definitely the SPA, absolutely worth trying. We stayed taking advantage of the full board service and what can I say... Let's start with breakfast; more than plentiful with lots of variety and everything top quality. The catering is undoubtedly excellent. The dishes that are offered are typical of the area and I believe that this is certainly an added value for the structure. The chef, who I had the pleasure of meeting, is very attentive to the customer's needs and tastes. And what about the staff in general... right from our arrival, a courtesy and hospitality that won us over. The services offered by the structure are truly many. Whether you are a passionate skier or simply a mountain enthusiast in general, I assure you that the hotel is able to truly offer leisure and entertainment for everyone, from the little ones to the older ones. The National Park Hotel&Spa is a beautiful structure, with attention to every detail, which I gladly recommend and to which we will certainly return with pleasure.

We spent a relaxing weekend at this beautiful property; friendly staff, helpful and attentive to every need. Tastefully furnished, comfortable and well-maintained suite. Excellent restaurant with low prices. In line with our expectations. We highly recommend it

A true escape in the mountains: from the Spa, to the welcoming room and last but not least, we were pleasantly surprised by the dinner!! The tasting journey of the exceptional chef. All wonderful, highly recommended and definitely worth doing again!

Sono arrivata in questo hotel per capodanno, mi è dispiaciuto non trovare La neve ma il clima non si comanda e la Sila è bellissima, mi dispiace aver soggiornato in questo hotel che sconsiglio! a me mi hanno sistemata in un mini appartamento dove la camera era posizionata in una mansarda soffocante e la pulizia scarsa! Ristorante non buono ci siamo fermati anche per la sera di capodanno e ci hanno messo in un tavolo appartati di fronte la cucina non potevo crederci!!! avevo anche chiesto al mio arrivo di darci un bel tavolo prenotando in anticipo. Totale prenotazione :carissimo per quello che offrono. L'unica cosa bella che troverete è la Spa e il ragazzo che ci lavora l'unico simpatico sorridente e disponibile. Consiglio a questa Struttura di curare meglio le camere e gli ospiti.

Siamo stati al Nation Park Hotel per due notti. Non potevamo vivere soggiorno migliore, oltre ogni aspettativa! Dall'accoglienza in reception con il sig. Vittorio e la receptionist (mi perdonerà se mi sfugge il nome), alla cucina con lo chef sempre presente a fine cena e, all'occorrenza sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del mio piccolo Victor. Stanze pulitissime! Ampia sala per trascorrere il tempo con i bambini fornita anche per intrattenere gli adulti con carambola e calcio balilla. Grazie a tutto lo staff se anche non ricordo il nome di tutti, ci avete fatto sentire come a casa! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare
