The hotel is expensive for what it is. The pool area is nice. And staff is very friendly- that's it. Proximity to the beach. Food is expensive, tiny hamburger on big bun (1/3 of bun size)- not worth the money. The breakfast is very overpriced. Had to switch room multiple times to be comfortable and still had rock-hard matress. Generally, a bit rundown feeling in room and hallways. Small efforts made on disability accessibility- but not enough.

Very good stay. Good welcome from the hotel throughout the stay. Clean room with comfortable bed, desk, shower that works well. Good Indian restaurant on the top floor with large terrace. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Taxis wait outside the hotel and can take you anywhere. Distances are very long in Cotonou. I was able to easily organize outings to Ganvié and Ouidah. A large beach is located in front of the hotel. It is quite busy at the weekend at the end of the day. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the airport. The live hedge (restaurant/shop district) is 10-15 minutes by car. Overall, good value for money.

We organized a large-scale event at La Casa Cielo at the end of January 2023 and were overwhelmed by the availability, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the welcome (rooms, bedrooms, reception, catering). We highly recommend La Casa Cielo for events of this type, particularly to take advantage of the rooftop space with a view of the sea which is a real plus for the establishment. This hotel is located close to the beach, separated by the coastal road. Good welcome, very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. You should take a room with a window to the outside, as some overlook the corridors. The pool is great.

Un joli hôtel bien situé face à la mer. Restaurant vraiment très bien, avec un choix large, et surtout des spécialités indiennes et asiatiques. Cuisine saine, copieuse et bien présentée. Personnel féminin adorable et de très bonne tenue. Les patrons indiens, eux, ignorent complètement les clients. J'ai eu 10 jours une chambre vraiment petite et avec accès sur un couloir, mais si on ne s'en sert que pour dormir... Pour les repas, quatre endroits différents au choix, le restaurant fermé (surtout pour le petit déjeuner, excellent du reste), le Lounge intérieur et extérieur du 4ème étage et la piscine. Balades sur la plage à portée immédiate et coin piscine fabuleux et ensoleillé du matin au soir. Ambiance afro assurée. Wi-Fi très moyen, TV de qualité médiocre. Conciergerie exceptionnelle de disponibilité et de gentillesse. Bref, avec des plus et des moins, un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Cotonou.
