We were looking for a hotel with a wellness area. The reception was fine. At first we found that the wellness area and breakfast were extra. There are differences between the Radisson Blu Park Hotel and the City Hotel. When we made the booking we found no way to call the hotel to find out more. When we got to the rooms we were a little disappointed. The rooms seemed old-fashioned and unkempt. The beds creaked, the tables and shelves had plenty of water stains. The sofas were worn and now uncomfortable. The toothbrush cups had not been cleaned properly. The breakfast selection was varied. The waiters were very friendly and tried to make breakfast pleasant for us. Thank you for that. We liked the wellness area and it was clean. We couldn't use the hammam (sauna) twice because individual treatments were taking place. We couldn't book a massage at short notice. As I said, we wanted wellness.
