Absolutely perfect for family with 3 small children! The exceptional staff at Relais Rossar Garda & Hills went above and beyond, anticipating our every need. From the amazing on-site services to invaluable help with Lake Garda excursions, private boat tours, recommendations, and restaurant reservations, their service was truly outstanding. The amazing facilities, delightful breakfast, and refreshing pool were fantastic for the kids, while the refined accommodations offered luxurious comfort for adults. Absolutely amazing place. Tranquille , exclusive and authentic. The staff (family) is fantastic and extremely service minded. The resort is well kept to the highest perfection. There is an exclusive and quiet atmosphere and everything around resort and pool is fantastic. Don’t be fooled by 3 stars. This is so much better than most 5 star hotels I have stayed on. We look forward to come back.

Excellent choice for a quiet and relaxing stay. We loved the rooms, the overall ambient of the hotel and the grounds. The agriturismo right next to it (neighbouring property) is a real added bonus. It's also perfect distance from the busy/touristy lake-Garda towns, close enough to explore them but far enough to really relax.

Very pretty hotel with friendly staff, who give you advice about the region and activities, and great service. The rooms are big and breakfast delicious. Very pretty gardens with a perfect pool. We will definitely come again.

We were made to feel special in the beautiful hotel- the team were very helpful and met our every need - a very tranquil place to relax and enjoy lovely food and wine. Our room was E beautiful and the aircon was superb in 39 degree heat - the pool is just right . Plenty of loungers not too close together with a bonus of service for drinks and lunch by the poolside . The open air restaurant is excellent with huge sun canopy’s when needed. Again plenty of space and very attentive team - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful environment, lovely rooms and very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was an amazing experience. We would absolutley love to come back again. Extra thanks to Marlene who helped us to book a last minute taxi to the airport when our driver got double booked. /Hanna and Rasmus

Great hotel, beautiful setting with excellent staff. Close to the hustle and bustle of Bardolino and Garda and lovely to come back to the tranquility of the hotel. Lots more places to go to in Marciaga this year.

The owner was overbearing and in our face the whole time we were there, could barely relax because of her desperation to "please" unfortunately it was very off-putting, more so because she was showing my husband more attention than myself or any other guests for that matter! The view of the lake was somewhat dismal. The atmosphere was mediocre at best and overall it was a disappointing experience.
