Lovely complex let down by management/owners and long term rental tenants. Rooms are very spacious and clean, although you only get one batch of fresh towels per week. There are many many steps so please choose carefully if you are unable to travel up and down multiple flights of stairs. Pool is lovely and warm (heated) however do not dare sit in one of the long term rentals area. Management /owners are very welcoming at the start but their attitude changes once they’ve received your money. Initially I thought it was a culture or language barrier but i soon realised it was their arrogance. Very hostile and very unhelpful. Not suitable for families. Older guests there expect the kids to sit around and be silent. One guest complained that my kids were making too much noise “playing in the pool”. They are kids and are entitled to be there as much everyone else. Shame really as the accommodation is lovely so choose carefully

First time at Camel Springs having stayed in CT for over 20 years! A real hidden little gem, quite location, very generous accommodation, size wise, clean and all facing pool/garden, sea views. Great pool, no problem with sun beds and exceptional pool bar, wonderful barbecue served on Wednesday evenings. All the staff are exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. 5 minute walk to the 'square' and bars and restaurants. Will be visiting again asap.

We visited September 24 great location friendly and helpful staff very clean resort and great swimming pool stayed in an 2 bedroom apartment nice and clean but could do with a little up date chipped cups need replacing plenty of space great balcony with sun beds lovely views

What a little gem to find. We had a great sized one bedroom apartment which had everything in it for a self catering stay. Whole complex was clean, staff were extremely friendly and the pool bar was excellent for food and drinks. Such a welcoming and friendly place which offers so much for a smaller complex. Central for all parts of Costa Teguise. Higly recommend it for all ages.

Been going to Camels springs for10 years I am a timeshare owner great location clean and quiet only downside it is very basic although the new manager is currently updating rooms fresh our room was only half done and we need to pay a special one of payment to cover this which I feel is a bit unfair as if your a normal holiday make you don't have this charge. Manuela the maid and Mariella the bar princess have been there for past 10 years and are very nice overall I love going every year but its no frills and very basic

Just returned from 10 days at Camel Springs and I have to say it was very good. The place is quiet and very serene. The pool is lovely plus plenty of sun beds to go round. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Clean towels every couple of days. Bed changed . Close to the beach , small walk into the town. Shops at the top of the road. Couldn’t fault Camel springs.

Very dated resort in need of a lot of upgrading. Very old furnishings outside on the patio, not enough kitchen equipment to self cater, fridge no use only had small broken freezer compartment. Towels very hard and old. Only positive has lovely gardens.
