Paradisus by Meliá Salinas Lanzarote – All Inclusive – Adults Only

Just home from an incredible stay. I travelled on my own and am so glad I chose this beautiful hotel. I was I was so sad to leave. This hotel offers the perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment and culture. The architecture and decor is beautiful. It’s clear that it’s a beautiful place and the attention to detail is second-to-none but it’s the staff that make this hotel what it is. They’re so warm and welcoming. From the moment I stepped inside, everything was perfect. The service throughout was incredible, from the Reserve check-in, to the restaurants and bars, the cleaning, turndown service and beyond. Special shout out to Chandni in the Reserve who gave me a tour on check in. She was incredible. I highly recommend booking the Reserve package. The check-in process was exceptional. I arrived early to a glass of bubbles in hand and could avail of the lounge while I waited a short amount of time for my room to be ready. You’ll be personally escorted to your room where your bags are waiting for you. The a la carte breakfast at Reserve also deserves a mention - Lovely to enjoy the first part of your day on the private terrace at Samira The Reserve pool area is an oasis of tranquility. Gorgeous space to relax in. Jonathan at the bar is the master of cocktails. Absolutely delicious - make sure you try a violet piña colada! Carolina and Noemi were incredible too. The local handmde soaps and creams with a card as a parting gift was a lovely touch and I appreciated the late check out. Another special shout out to the entertainment team- Carlos, Hoda, Barbara, Armando, Raquel to name a few. They were so warm and welcoming and bring a great energy to the hotel. I signed up for lots of activities because of them. They really made the trip memorable. The mix of activities at the hotel is perfect. From art, to wine tasting and sampling of local jam and cheese, to beach volley, to yoga pilates and spin by the beach, and excursions to local attractions like El Grifo Winery in La Geria -there is something for everyone. The team makes you feel very included. The variety of live music was also a standout. From the candlelight piano session Rock and Latin dance in Ginger, to DJ and guitar in Alula, it was all so enjoyable to sit and enjoy a drink to. All the bar and waiting staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. The food options were great. I really enjoyed all the options, especially the Italian- Cappella and tapas lunch at La Graciosa. The main buffet had a wide selection of foods any time I went. I never felt like I needed to leave the hotel, but the beach-front location made it perfect for a walk along the coast. All in all I had an amazing trip and I can’t wait to visit again. This is a special place.

Booked this hotel with high expectations from the reviews I had read previously to visiting so was expecting a very good experience what we actually got was a good showcase on first impressions but as the days past of a 1 week holiday costing £4600 for 2 adults with Jet2Holidays we discovered it’s more of a jazz hands and all smiles but without the glitz and glamour we have learnt to expect from a 5star hotel that offers a upgraded experience, The hotel itself is architectural masterpiece sitting prominently on the island of Lanzarote situated in Costa Teguise but for us the experience of this supposedly unique hotel was short on luxury we would have expected more in the way of a waiter/waitress service around the pool area and a swim up bar especially when paying for the Reserve area upgrade we would have also liked to have had more availability on being able to attend the restaurants more than once in a week but found the Melia App and the hotels concierge service to be lack lustre, all in all we had a nice weeks stay but wouldn’t return on the service available especially when the main Restaurant Isn’t stocked well enough for the amount of guests it’s servicing

Great staff and service. Staff at Ginger - - particularly evening team - were exceptional. Very attentive, constantly refilling drinks, and super friendly and pleasant. All evening entertainment was fab. The one downside was the FREEZING pool :)

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, from the front desk staff to all the other staff members in the hotel, lovely activities all day long, around the pool and within the hotel Very clean food was amazing, super entertainment every night The pillows were so comfortable I will surely visit again

Our first visit to costa Teguise after many years in other parts of Lanzarote, this hotel surpassed all of our expectations. The staff are truly a credit to the hotel. Jota & Barbara from entertainment and Daniela in the Ginger Bar are truly amazing. We could add so many people from reception to every restaurant but this review would go on forever. The food is outstanding and some of the best we have ever eaten all over the world. We cannot wait to return. Thank you

Just back from a great week staying at this hotel, would highley recomend great food and choice, the Turkish Resturant was not very good food but might be my personal view as my wife enjoyed it and the surroundings were nice. the all inclusive was brilliant as I have never experienced this in a 5 star hotel before. We upgraded to a pool/sea view room and had sun all day room 350.
