We stayed here this year having popped in to se it during our last stay and the tour operator had a deal here it looked lovely so we booked it for my husbands birthday. Hotel really nice very clean always cleaners out cleaning and all very friendly. Our deal was superior sea view room with half board we had room 446 on 4th floor cracking views over grounds and bay sun pretty much all day (balcony is a sun trap so be careful with sun burn!) room very comfortable shower a bit of getting used to as it changed from cool to warm to scalding in seconds but was fine did the job. Rooms very clean the staff are very friendly. We upgraded to All Inclusive when we arrived for £290 7 nights that covered drinks, lunch, bbq pool bar. It was worth it just for the drinks alone and we saved much more than if we had to pay on half board or outside. Revolving bar area is a cute feature if not a bit disconcerting until you get used to it but great feature around the small pool it gets very busy though as most guests do all inclusive and it’s the only hotel bar but you should find a seat. The food was plentiful and always kept changed but I’m just a big fan of buffet style eating but it was absolutely fine for breakfast (your usual breads, meat, fry up food, omelette / egg station, etc. always kept fresh. Lunch was salads, meats filled rolls and sandwiches, soup and hot food stations with a variety of foods again kept topped up. A lot of fish which I love but not from a buffet. All looked really good. Dinner very similar affair to lunch with themed nights but again just really my thing - but looked perfectly good standard food. One word of caution the buffets times are set and this is where my comment re some of the guests comes in…. It’s an older crowd in general and they start queuing outside the buffet for when it opens. Today, some northern lady threw her arms out in front of us and others shouting there’s a queue (we were there much before them) and tried to stop anyone getting in first - extremely rude lady and all because she wanted a specific table! There were a few guests like this especially around the bar which had a queue system but others just barged in the bar team tried to keep it orderly but plain rude!! So my advice is there’s plenty of food for all kept topped up so avoid the first 10 mins to allow such rude people do “there thing”. This is not the hotels fault of course!! Also after lunch there’s a bbq 330-530pm serving burgers hot dogs and fries - I think this is available to everyone! The pool area is great although busy there were still beds but you your usual crowds up at crack of dawn putting towels down on poolside beds but it wasn’t an issue for us lovely pool area and a very noisy but cute feline resident Lola wanders aimlessly around the pool area. Great wee bar area plenty seats but it does busy times towards end of day as you can imagine. All staff are so friendly and always smiling and very helpful nothing was too
