The hotel provides stunning sea views, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Guests enjoy varied meals and well-maintained facilities. However, some may find the proximity to shops and restaurants distracting.

The location of the hotel is amazing, it is right in front of the sea with all the rooms in that direction. Inside it has a kind of pond with plants and sofas, where you can rest and disconnect, in addition to having performances at night. The rooms are quite good, we had one with two beds and that is something we did not like. I totally recommend it.

there are some real positives with this Hotel but unfortunately some negatives which i would not expect at this price range. The Hotel is perfectly located meters away from the water, with excellent views and ideal for all day sun. First impressions were very positive, the staff at reception are first rate as indeed were most of the staff throughout, one exception being a member of Bar staff who was quite curt in the way he reluctantly offered service unlike everyone else in the main bar who were friendly and courteous. We stayed in an El Club room on the first floor, pretty much what i expected for a top tier room, beautiful with two balconies one with sun beds and ideal for sunbathing, a reasonable mini bar excellent cleaning staff always efficient, ideal views, a bowl of fruit and a gift on arrival and the fruit was there throughout. Unfortunately that is where the value of El Club ends, The additional benefits are access to a roped off day bed area, first come first served however we never bothered, the location makes those using them somewhat of a display item right en-route for people leaving the rear of the Hotel to go for a swim nor were they particularly well laid out for the sun. The next Benefit if you could call it that was access to an “exclusive” area, reminiscent of a holding area located right out of the way of the main action within the extensive central area, surrounded by opaque glass which if meant to create both mystery and privacy merely serves to isolate those inside, you are told in the promotional material that in this exclusive area you have snacks and drinks a large part of the day. If this is someone’s idea of a joke then fair enough, we had days when either the spirits were not put out or the food which seemed to be the remnants of the cold meats and cheese from breakfast were all that was there all day, gradually fizzling down to one slice of ham and some very sad looking cheese sticks, very poor for how it is portrayed se photos, it gets worse after 6pm potato chips form the main offering however they are on a large platter with a set of serving tongues used for cold meats to help you put them into a bowl, save to say people resorted to using their fingers. For everyone who does not pay for exclusivity and of course for those who did you have a typical and decent offering of snacks by the pool at both the bar and near the restaurant, pool bar staff very nice people. Speaking of the main restaurant, apart from the staff, soup and breakfast what a disappointment. Never opened on time, items missing like the soup one night, on another occasion no labels telling you what things were and they were needed other times labels on wrong items, for some unknown reason the sweet selection diminished dramatically on the second week. I would say it is still worth a visit for the location, staff and weather this time of year but i would seriously look at your board basis, there are plenty of places close by to eat, we won’

Everything is great apart from the food! Location is stunning, room clean. staff helpful, entertainment is ok. Breakfast not bad, stayed half board so didn’t do lunch but dinner was not good. Food labelled incorrectly, dishes not replenished when empty, desserts were similar to kids party food, not enough waiters, shambles really! I would definitely stay here again if bed and breakfast was an option. Everything is really lovely apart from dinner! A bottle of cava in ice was left in our room one day which was nice.

My wife and I had an excellent 8 day January stay. The hotel is well-designed and immaculate, with all bedrooms having a sea view. The food is varied and of excellent quality. The receptionist was frosty, but otherwise the staff were very friendly. In both the restaurant and bar, there were staff who made a point of engaging and, despite the number of customers remembering drink preferences from previous days. One of the two swimming pools is heated and really comfortable to be in. Step across the promenade, and you can swim in the sea in a safe spot with lifeguards. We used the public bus to visit Teguise Market on the Sunday. It is cheap, but not for the faint hearted. Bus availability does not quite fit the timetable and with no clear starting point for queuing up at the bus stops, getting on a bus when it arrives can be exciting!

Simply the best hotel in Lanzarote, The entrance is just Grand with a wow….. The staff are very friendly from the cleaners to the bar staff/reception and chefs especially on show cooking every morning. The rooms are all sea view and are superb. Spotlessly clean thru out the entire hotel inside and out. The food and drinks were superb. We can’t fault this hotel. The location is great, Just simply the best hotel and definitely be back again

This is our 6th time at this hotel and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We are sad to be going home tomorrow. Pros Food so much better. I can’t see how anyone can say they can’t find anything to eat. The choice is amazing and puddings to die for. Beds are so comfy and big. Staff are wonderful. Always cheerful. Always cleaning. Everywhere is kept spotless. Rooms are lovely and always cleaned daily. The hotel feels safe and always security around. Could always find a sunbed. Entertainment has improved a lot so much better than previous years. Cons We only had one problem whilst we’ve been here. 3 days before we are due to leave we we were told (not asked) that we had to move rooms as some work was being done. So we had to pack up all our suitcases etc and leave them on reception. We later received a call to tell us our new room was ready and to collect our cases. The new room was the same as before just further up. This in itself doesn’t seem much to some people. But I am disabled. And my husband is recovering from mouth cancer and we’ve had a really stressful 18 months. As “compensation” we received a plate of cheese and biscuits and 4 small cakes from the buffet that we could have got at teatime. I’m not happy with this at all. It just added to our stress levels and spoilt the last few days of our holiday. But overall it won’t stop us coming back. Hopefully next year. One more improvement. I am allergic to nuts and I didn’t see anywhere on the buffet that said if the food contains nuts. Especially the puddings. Maybe a red label around the item name would be helpful when we are choosing.

We visited over Christmas for 7 nights in a superior room on the 4th floor, excellent sea and pool views. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day apart from our penultimate day when it was forgotten by house keeping, we informed reception and they changed the towels. In my opinion opinion the food was very good but don’t expect solely British dishes, it’s international cuisine. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices and the omelettes are really nice. Lunch was nice, especially the kebabs outside. Dinner was hit and miss, some great food occasionally like the meatballs and the goulash soup but only saw them both once. Our best meal was the specialty restaurant which was gourmet cuisine and waiter served, Drinks are pretty average to be honest, I was bored with them after a week, beer is Amstel and I’m not a fan, white wine is just about drinkable and the cocktails are limited on the all inclusive. Don’t worry about sunbed wars we never experienced any of them, it was easy to find a couple at anytime. Although the beds near the pool bar do get reserved. Heated pool was a nice touch. We like playing ping pong and had the table to ourselves all holiday. We played the mini golf once and its ok for free. As many have said it’s the location and staff that make it, I will add the guests also played a big part, we met loads of friendly people who were definitely made Christmas Day a great day. To summarise I would highly recommend the hotel to mature couples and we would probably return but not on an all inclusive basis as there is so many good restaurants in Costa Teguise.

This hotel basically caters for all inclusive clients, with basic wines & drinks. Definitely not a four star but three star plus. Public areas are superb as are the swimming pools & beach. Staff are great, very helpful & friendly. Rooms are in need of an upgrade, ventilation in bathrooms doesn’t work & there’s a very high risk of scalding in the showers as they are not thermostatically controlled. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless. People hog the sun beds from 07:00 placing their towels on them & then leaving. No one removes the towels. When I asked for a white wine the bartender poured a cheap wine which I didn’t like, when I asked for a better wine as I was paying & not all inclusive he told me that’s was all he had. ( basic cheep plonk for all inclusive guests). Entertainment in the evening’s was fantastic. We had a superior room with a sea view, there’s no cushions for the seats on the balconies. Beds are very comfortable.
