Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

Went here in march with family first week was cold and windy with no sun so we went to the aquarium that was only round the corner our son loved it We also went to the market and to the shops and to the town to do some shoping When the sun did come out it was nice and the pools was good the sunbeds were comfortable The rooms was big with lots of room and a bath for our son who doesnt like showers The food was not the best didnt have much to choice from and my son didnt eat alot as he didnt like the food the only thing that was nice was the bread rolls The snack bar food was always dry and warmed up so didnt taste nice The shows were all the same the only good one was the lion king but not all the the animation team know what they was doing The bar man in the pool bar was always happy and always dancing and even had ago at being the dj

This hotel is absolutely FANTASTIC! We went as a family of 5 with mum, dad, 10, 13 and 18 year old and had the BEST time. Firstly, the hotel smells so beautiful and clean when you arrive and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. We got beautiful renovated rooms with huge shower, the most comfortable beds ever, so much storage. Lovely comfortable rooms with a pool view, could not be better. We have stayed in all inclusive hotels 5* all over the world and this ranked highly. The pools were great, lots of available sun loungers, really clean and life guards on duty. One heated pool and we loved it. The animation team offered wonderful activities all day long. So much fun. Nightly double entertainment in the spacious and exciting showbar and brilliant vocalists in the pool bar. Excellent food and drinks. Extensive selection well thought out and presented and the staff work incredibly high. There were a small number of eager kids but the staff enforced rules in the restaurant and I think tried to sit families with smaller kids in the rear section together which we appreciated. The staff are INCREDIBLE all the bartenders, servers, animation team and reception staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the customer service is top notch. The location is excellent too with lovely walks close by, classy shops and bus stop right outside. One slight negative was the pool food was a little hit and miss but when we arrived late the pool bar staff offered us a cold picnic with sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit, crackers and was appreciated late at night. Premium drinks and generous measures presented really well by skilled bartenders. The rooms serviced daily to a very high standard, premium toiletries offered. Lovely community atmosphere in the hotel gave you excellent welcome vibes. Note no inflatables allowed in the pool so don’t bother bringing them ! Goid standard clientele and a very nice treat to stay here. Bravo!

Amazing stay at the H10 Lanzarote Gardens. So perfect for families & small children. We travelled with our almost 2 year old and he had a ball. The beach is just across the road, the pools were fab (two are heated and one that wasn’t (this was a bit cold the first few days as the weather wasn’t great but as soon as the sun came out there were plenty people in it, ourselves included using the slides!). The evening entertainment was great for kids, they do a mini disco every evening, followed by an award ceremony for the kids & adults that won the various games/activities during the day and then a show after that. The hotel has a mascot Daisy that comes out during that day and again in the evening and the kids just love her! We found the staff were all super helpful. I also went for a massage in the beauty rooms and it was amazing, highly recommend. We went all inclusive in the end and were delighted with our choice, lots of choice of food and it was just so easy with our LO to be able to pick lots of bits I knew he would eat. The mojitos were lovely too! Overall we had a brilliant time. I don’t usually like to go back to the same place as we like to see somewhere new but this is definitely somewhere we’ll be back to in the future. Thanks to all the staff.

Fantastic spot. We stayed with our baby for 4 nights and really enjoyed our visit. Great staff and rooms, fantastic breakfasts, fresh with all tastes catered for. Great location and entertainment team. We will be back (although maybe not in January again as it was very windy lol)
