Jardines y apartamento preciosos, si bien requiere de mantenimiento interior, encontrando deficiencias en baños, pulsadores de luz, lámpara de pie... Así como una limpieza bastante escasa y superficial del mismo. La empresa debería poner más recursos y atención en estos dos puntos. Es un lugar muy agradable, a pie de playa y en una zona maravillosa.
