Llegamos para el GP ESPAÑA jerez 2023 de Moto GP. La reserva fue del viernes 28 al lunes 01, pero por horarios prácticamente pagamos 1 día para nada, porque llegamos a las 2am del sábado y nos fuimos a las 4am del lunes. Solicitamos un picnic para compensar el desayuno del lunes, pero nadie nos cogió el teléfono durante el domingo estando fuera del hotel (nos dijeron que avisáramos), pues tras muchos intentos fue imposible. La joven de recepción no nos pudo dar solución sino un "lo siento".
Limpieza 10, atención amable pero faltó ese detalle de compensar un poco con el cliente los malos horarios compatibles con el hotel.

LA VERDAD QUE ME QUEDO CON MUY BUENAS SENSACIONES, BUENAS INSTALACIONES, BUENA COMIDA EN GENERAL, PERSONAL MUY AGRADABLE, HICIMOS BUENOS AMIGOS, SOBRE TODO CON JESUS, CAMARERO DEL BAR, NORMALMENTE NO TENGO POR COSTUMBRE REPETIR VACACIONES EN NINGUN HOTEL, PERO SI LO TUVIERA QUE HACER ESTE SERIA EL PRIMERO.

A great hotel, with very friendly and professional staff. The facilities allow for a relaxed family stay, and cater for the whole family. However, the only room for improvement I can identify is that of the none existent gym equipment which needs updating.

Lovely hotel! Very clean and spacious family room. Waiters very froendly and service is great. The animation team 10/10 the varaity show was excellent and very profesional. Pool area is great for the kids!

Hotel recomendable 100×100, habitaciones amplias, atención al cliente desde recepción,hasta los camareros,metre ,personas profesionales,las señoras de la limpieza de 10.en general muy bien,no olvidarme de los socorristas y camareros del bar del parque acuático y el bar del salón, espectáculos muy animados. Seguro que volvemos.

Be warned, the food is terrible at this hotel. Cold, frozen and precooked food. Allergies not catered to. Would not recommend. Entertainment is very basic. Only good for the water slides but totally overpriced. No English speaking staff.
