"Nice hotel looks like they are in the process of some kind of renovation. I had a king suite and it was pretty good, mini fridge, microwave, two flat screen tvs one in the bedroom the other in the living room area also front room area contained a pull out bed. The room could use some updating grout in the bathroom and such. The toilet was a little low to the ground and had a horrible seat. The shampoo and conditioner was from Paul Mitchell so that was also good. Beefy close to shopping and stores. Overall a great experience. Beds need to be updated also, but we're sleep capable."

"The environment is very good, hygienic and convenient. The service staff are very friendly. The reception staff also gave my son a set of train toys, which was very considerate, but we were just passing by for a trip, and we look forward to staying here next time we come to the beach."

"Upon arrival, the hotel could not find the booking... quite a struggle with a trip to sort this out and it has now been 10 days, still not resolved. I had to pay again at the hotel. I receive an email from trip every day saying we are still sorting it out but still paid twice. Hotel is good and clean, good service and nice staff."

"Checking in in the middle of the night, there were people at the front desk, very touched, the room was very cold, and the air conditioner was not working at 32 degrees Celsius. The bath water is also very cold. Health is OK. At 9 o'clock in the morning, an aunt came in directly, saying that because her registration form was unoccupied in my room, is that my problem? "This valuable hotel is highly recommended for a vacation if I would be able to spend a longer time. A king size bed was arranged as I compared with different travelling websites. From the front main entrance, lobby, corridor, room and bathroom were cleaned and highly organised. Even though, there was not mosquito found within cafeteria area. Efficient and friendly staff were helpful to provide all necessary information and to arrange all check-in and check-out procedures. It was enjoyable to swim in the private pool. A valid hotel guests card was needed to open a gate. The last but not least, this hotel is highly recommended to spend time."
