Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County, an IHG Hotel Reviews

This valuable hotel is highly recommended for a vacation if I would be able to spend a longer time. A king size bed was arranged as I compared with different travelling websites. From the front main entrance, lobby, corridor, room and bathroom were cleaned and highly organised. Even though, there was not mosquito found within cafeteria area. Efficient and friendly staff were helpful to provide all necessary information and to arrange all check-in and check-out procedures. It was enjoyable to swim in the private pool. A valid hotel guests card was needed to open a gate. The last but not least, this hotel is highly recommended to spend time.

Customer service front desk was excellent workers in the kitchen they were very professional

No compliment mineral water but you can get water from the gym. They clean room every 3 days..

Didn’t realize they charge for parking

The hotel service is great, we require some more bath soap and tissue, house - keeper send right the way. Hotel is clean and breakfast is yummy. We enjoy the stay there.

Overall it's OK, the room is big, the bathroom is big, the facilities are new, but the sewer seems to have a bad smell, which seems to be unworthy of the 4-star reputation

The room is clean and spacious, but the noise from the cars near the road is a bit noisy. The hotel can see the shopping mall opposite but you need to cross the road. The breakfast is very average and I don't recommend buying breakfast. There is a McDonald's near the hotel, so you need to take a bus to the surrounding area for meals. We arrived at noon, and the guy at the front desk said that we could check in after 3PM. When I asked the girl next door, she said there was a room available, so she checked us in early.
