Costa Mesa Marriott

Great location! 15 mins walk to South Coast Plaza and 5 mins drive to SNA airport. Breakfast was included, which is a good value. Will return to this hotel next time.

Nice, well kept hotel close to the airport but not noisy. It is in a safe and clean area. Great if you are going to visit Anaheim and Newport Beach areas. Close to both. Loved the stay!

Amazing experiment from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, from front desk to bar area. They made my stay feel very welcoming. The hotel was very clean, my room was very spacious. Service was just spectacular! Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful at check in and when I need some toiletries. The hotel seemed very nice and quiet. We were able to sit on the couch and just watch tv and relax which was lovely.

I heard the property was recently renovated, it looks wonderful inside and out. I didn't get to tour much of the property, but next time I may have more time. The room was excellent! It was very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of linen, extra pillow and blanket in the closet. The only thing missing was a microwave. They offer a mini-fridge, but no microwave if you'd like to heat up food. Michael, I believe his name is was nice but very short. I know he was just anxious to leave as he had to work a back to back shift, and was over it. I know from experience, days like this often happen, but your customers should not have to know or be shown that you are done for the day. Keeping it professional until you clock out is key to retaining your customers. The only negative, was that in the afternoon, upon checking-out, one of the young ladies at the desk, completely ignored another customer that was waiting to be assisted and also did not pick up the phone and just let it ring until they hung up. I know for a fact, that Marriott's policy is to answer the phone by the 3rd ring and if you are busy, you can ask to place them on hold. It was quite rude to not even acknowledge the other customer in line, and not even look up from her computer. Instead, she waited for her other colleague to return to the desk after she went to grab me a spoon, for her to finally help the other guest. Besides these little mishaps, I would still be returning in the near future. Thank you =)

Great deal on a good size room for two. Very clean. The only very small thing was we would've liked a couple glasses. We had to call for plastic cups. Very clean and staff was great!

Overall experience was great, our room was clean and furnished with modern amenities. Customer Service was excellent and helpful. Only issue was A/C was not working at all and would only let warm/hot air out when set to lowest setting. The room was baking hot when we first arrived which wasn't a big deal until we found that the thermostat wasn't working properly. We still had a great weekend but the HVAC issue was the only thorn in our trip.
