We have just come back it is a very run down hotel for sure .No Air-conditioning was a nigh**are rooms are very dated and definitely need updating. The all-inclusive is okay open at 10.30 close and 10.30 which is a little early if you ask me for all inclusive. Food was very basic and very cold cut your bands off at 12 on last day too which I've never heard off all the times we had gone all-inclusive. Have to say staff cleaners and animation work so hard well done 👏 Probably wouldn't return unless it had a referb

Where to start.... this hotel is extremely run down and partly residential with residents owning dogs which is not a problem for us but maybe for some. No free WiFi available, cost is €5 a day, which is pretty expensive. Don't bother hiring a remote there's no English TV not even news. Again you have to pay for a safe key also. Rooms are basic and run down but cleaning every day if required. We went AI and to be fair it was plentiful, replenished regularly, you will not starve here. Food is not very hot though. Pool area is ok and plenty of beds, although not sure what it would be like in peak season. A big issue is no air con anywhere, just a fan in the lounge, no good if the mossies like you, my husband got bitten several times and this is April so go prepared. The staff here work so hard, we tipped every day, they deserve it. Get a taxi from the airport you will be there in 15 mins tops,, was on xfer bus for an hour. Local shopping centre about 7 minutes walk away, 1 or 2 restaurants and a supermarket, about 25 minutes walk to next village Las galletas, bit more going on there. Now I know all of this would I go again? Yes if the price was right. Ps there was entertainment daily and every night.

Very dated but food OK and staff lovely, apart from one of the female bar tenders and in particular the very bad tempered receptionist, who was so angry I was too intimated to approach her. Check out is at 12pm so if your flight is much later you are given an information sheet that you should ask reception for a key to the only on site loo (there are none around the hotel which is a little odd). I'd asked her for the key and she threw it at me, literally, so I'd gone to open the door and the lock wasn't working, being too afraid to face her wrath again I took the key back, then walked to the nearest cafe with my luggage in tow and bought a coffee so I could use their facilities. Her attitude was pretty much like that throughout my stay. I'm a radiographer and some of my patients can get a little aggressive, which is understandable especially if they are in pain but you don't expect to be met with such animosity on a supposedly relaxing holiday.

Great little hotel. Nice and quiet, with a relaxing a**osphere around the pool and in the dining hall. Rooms are dated but we never spent much time there anyway- it was clean and functioning. Plenty of sun lounges, the staff are very friendly and super hardworking. Food was fresh and tasty (my family opt for healthy meals- salad with fresh fish/meat. So if you’re one of those “adults” that eats chicken nuggets and chips for dinner then grow up). Great hotel will definitely be back.

Havimg read previous reviews we walked into here expecting the worst and was pleasantly suprised. The rooms are very basic but cleaned everyday and very spacious cleaners were lovley we left phones ipads and a macbook in our room and was a little worried reading about thefts but everthimg was fine . I found the food good only struggled to find something nice to eat at lumchtime but every dinner time had a grill station with fresh meat and fish pork chops , beef steaks , chicken all were very good but the children only ate bread chips and pasta we did ask the staff at the restaraunt for a bowl of tuna a couple of times so the kids could have tuna pasta and they were always happy to help. The all inclusive drinks were ok san miguel was good only problem was they are served in small paper cups. Diego was brilliant with the kids and adults alike kept us entertained all day with different games and activitys was a little bit boring at night as entertainment stoped at 1630 and was nothing then umtil 2130 and it finishes at 2230 so can get a bit boring in the evening. You can get the bus right outside the hotel takes about 30-40 minutes to get to. Los cristianos and las americas for 2 euro or a taxi is only 25 euro The other holiday makers at this hotel were all lovely met some new friends and all had a laugh the bar staff we all very friendly and had a laugh with you We would return to stay here again simply because its so cheap and value for money kids absolutly loved it so all in all was decent enough could just do with a bit more entertainment in the evenings Sushi sushi bye bye

This Hotel is a lovely place to stay for families and couples as we have done both. Staff are friendly, entertainment staff will have you all up and enjoying the games. Even the most stubborn will join in. Food mediocre and not a lot of choice for vegetarians. My only warning would be... Please pay for a safe. We didn't and had cash taken out of purses. Not all cash but enough for us to notice seeing as we were AI and didn't need to spend Euros. Would I return? Yes but have learnt my lesson on the safe.

Stayed here at the beginning of March. Reading the reviews really scared me, and was actually thinking about cancelling at one point. All the reviews are not true, no bed bugs, no stealing although if you are worrried about this just bring a suitcase lock. yes it is run down but didn’t really bother us. Not a lot around there but bus is close. Would recommend for a cheap and cheerful hoilday, all inclusive was okay quite a few options the only negative was it was quite repetitive but as expected. Really couldn’t fault much.

The hotel was clean rooms cleaned every day. Staff nice and polite food good all together good hotel for what you pay for entertainment was basic but the guy made your day good. Bad points the hotel is a bit far out of main areas but buses and taxes resemble prices the hotel looks dated and I reckon with fresh coat of paint to the buildings it would look alot more present but paint in white not that cream colour
