Pool deep everywhere and freezing cold but if you’re brave it’s great. Entertainment non existent. Drinks rubbish food okay. Spotlessly clean everywhere and staff friendly. Lovely shop on site and rooms spacious but sofas are very low. Had a lovely time despite my criticism

Booked a few nights away all inclusive, for a great price and to be honest, we were not expecting much going by the reviews. Very quick transfer from the airport, taxi was under €15, quickly checked in and went to our room. Premium with air con, no toiletries provided at all which was strange for a hotel and the only mirror was in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean and functional. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel just breakfast and lunch, honestly for the price I couldn’t fault the food. Quite a small selection but it was hot and tasty and the restaurant never felt overly busy. No problems getting sunbeds and pool bar opened at 10.30am, slight queues as only one staff member but moved quickly as they do enforce the 2 drink per person limit. A taxi in Caleta was under €5 and it was a lovely resort. Overall ignore the bad reviews and make your own mind up, we would definitely return.

I’ll start of by saying it’s a very bog standard 3 star hotel you get what you pay for really ! The pool was lovely rather salty and stung my eyes a lot but was rather refreshing for me and the children had an issue with the room but they very quickly helped us and changed that ! The food was horrible I’m sorry but it’s the truth ! Cold stodgy watery no I’m ok thank you ! We had to spend £1000 on eating out and about due to the poor food at the hotel ! No food variety for children aged between 1-5 depending if your child isn’t fussy ! Refused cows milk for both babies I had to go to lidls and spend more money on baby processed foods and milk for my babies (rather homemade then processed) The staff were very friendly and very quick and happy to help ! Shop on the resort reasonable priced. The night entertainment wasn’t child friendly was very loud some night and even very roudy on 2 of them nights ! No consideration from hotel staff at night when you have a back room throwing things into bins or uploading lorry’s for laundry ( where the lady was actual drink driving as she was seen drinking a beer upon arrival and leaving !!!! ) Calet de fuste is only like 4 euros in a taxi stunning beach and huge shopping centre with loads of places to eat strongly advise Wild West ! My hotel room was brilliant except the bathroom door was literally on the floor I had to yank it to even pull it to shut and the whole frame is so cracked and not long from falling apart ! Curtains need a good. Clean people bogeys were on one of them The breeze through the entrance door of the room was very cold and strong at night ! Travel cots !!!!! Huge negative the mattress’s are hard and loud the ripped holes in them are so dangerous ( bare in mind I had them changed 4 times and all of them had holes ) my baby got his head stuck in the hole during the night god forbid that if I hadn’t checked on him what I would’ve woke up to in the morning very worrying ! Also SIDS (cot death) the sheets to the travel coots weren’t fitted and were very lose and very thin !!!!! Very easy for baby to get wrapped up in or even cover it’s face with ! Same as the blanket to keep your baby comfortable it’s the same as bottom sheet ! Hotel need to look into cause of Cot death and there sleeping arrangements for babies is ever so scary ! If your taking a double pram please be very mindful the lift is tiny ! Very tight fit my baby had caught his arm in lift at one point trying to fit in !!!! The lift has no sensors on doors so close at any point which take you out or seriously hurt someone ! Drinks bog standard Sam Miguel lemonade Pepsi there own wine whiskey etc very basic unless paying for it separately! Never see water to offer anywhere had to buy loads of bottles ! The children’s park wow what can I say ! Should be closed off ! Very rusted and unsafe slide is at a tilt more drunk then me back in 2020 !!!! The kids pool is brilliant only down fall is the floor tiles really hurt our feet in kids area

We found it extremely clean. Staff very hardworking and helpful. Food was fine a theme each day and meat and fish plenty to choose from. Pool was fab and a lovely beach not far away. All positives the only thing that let it down was the evening entertainment apart from one singer it was bingo quiz no prizes but charge 2 euros. That is my only negative.

We have just got back from a weeks holiday. Rooms are a little basic but that doesnt bother us. Its our third time at thos hotel as we love the location with it being 5 min transfer feom airport. The food was the best this time. They had a cheese and cracker themed night (not the main meal), mexican night. There was always something to eat. They even had a chocolate fountain and a cheese fountain this time. Day time activities are good but night night isnt that good but we spent the evenings in the room watching films :)... we really do enjoy our stays here. We will be back next year

We stayed here for 12 nights and we really loved it. The food was basic but that’s what we expected really, we still found something to eat. Staff were really lovely and friendly. We wanted a relaxing holiday and we definitely got that. We always managed to get 3 sunbeds. Really can’t complain.
