A last minute get away to escape the British weather. As you would expect in March the hotel was very quiet. We had a lovely relaxing week away. We liked the help yourself aspect for drinks and the variety of food available was very good. The rooms and facilities were all clean and tidy.

My self James Stevens and my partner Kamila came to this hotel from 26th march till April 2nd and we had an amazing experience, the hotel room was clean and fresh, reception staff helpful and friendly, the bar and front terrace was a nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy views. Evening entertainment was great We were impressed with how they do evening entertainment for the children and for the adults. We joined in some evening entertainment which was really nice We totally enjoyed our staff and if you get to try this hotel please do. There is also an oasis park which is a lovely animal zoo and is great for kids and there is also a chance to ride a Camel 🐪

Terrible time ~ Photos must be from when it first opened as it looks nothing like they portray. No hand bannister on the stairs, No First Aiders on site. All inclusive and still was made to pay for drinks. Food was not all that either. It is mainly used by German nation, and pretty much catered for them. Is fine if you just like to lie by the pool from morning to night, otherwise there is nothing to do. Nothing around the area to do most of the restaurants we saw were closed down. A taxi or transport is a must.

So this was our third time here at this hotel and this time with our youngest girl as the twins are too old to go with us(according to them). The hotel is big, airy, clean and friendly. The rooms are spacious and always cleaned, the beds are comfy enough and the toilets are clean. The room amenities are basic but enough, the pool is great for kids, hence back again! And the food is really good. The bars are good and the service is always with a smile. If you pay the extra for the named drinks like Smirnoff etc don't get caught out like us by being kind and getting friends a round and forgetting to say house vodka instead of another round please at the bar, this leads to the staff telling you that they will stop serving you ever again. That aside it's a really nice hotel with a good pool and good food. You have to get a bus if you want to explore as it's quite isolated but if you want a holiday with everything at hand it's perfectly good.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The hotel is not ran at all well. There was very limited evening entertainment and in fact entertainment in total. There was no lifeguard cover around the pool on Saturday and Sundays. The worst part of the experience was the restaurant manager who was rude and got very stressed and could not run the restaurant. This was very clear on Saturday and Sunday when he had a day off and someone else stood in. The whole experience was much better. The hotel staff clean the pool areas during the morning when it is in use and makes it very dangerous with wet surfaces everywhere.

Arriving at airport with excitement for my solo holiday, gets on transfer coach looking through window to see nothing absolutely nothing the odd tree here and there and goats foraging for food, arrived at hotel an hour and 15 minutes later. Beautiful reception area no porterage and only one person on the desk, had to wait nearly 4 hours for my room. The room was large and a bit dated but very clean with a balcony looking out over the beautiful cold pool and palm trees. There is no fridge or tea making facilities the wi-fi is useless. There are lots of stairs at the hotel, I would not recommend for people with mobility issues. The daytime entertainment wasn't very good and the evening was even worse 1 hour of bingo 1 hour of karaoke and a couple of quizzes, it was out of season so perhaps that's why, All inclusive drinks wasn't all inclusive things like Baileys, and finished at 11, Food was plentiful and snacks available throughout the day, I liked the food except for it being cold with cold plates. There is a shop and supermarket close by and a wildlife park the excursions were very expensive ranging from 40€ for half day on glass bottomed boat. I did meet some wonderful people who are now my friends and I had a fantastic time. The beach is about half hour walk or a shuttle bus goes twice daily, public transport is easy to navigate to the next town of Morro Jable lots of shops cafes and a beautiful beach beware there are nudes walking and sunbathing 😆, great place for solo traveler's I felt very safe 😊

Spent a great week in February celebrating a friend’s birthday, after reading some reviews I had some concerns but need not have worried. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean. The food is varied, could always find something we liked. The pool bar even did a bbq one lunchtime. Activity team worked hard from aqua gym to music quiz. Impressed that they provided a buffet for out late arrival. Pool area spotless.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s great value and rooms spacious, with a veranda or balcony and cleaned daily. Food plentiful with buffet restaurant, lots of choice and soft drinks/wine/beer on tap on self serve basis. Evening entertainment quiet, (no parrot shows or dancers here) you have to make your own fun with other guests - entertainment is bingo, music quiz and karaoke on a rolling basis. Bar is pleasant and spirit measures generous. Lorenzo and Lillian the animator’s are outstanding and speak many languages between them. They will encourage joining in if you want and leave you be if you don’t and assist if you have any problems. They are both truly amazing staff at this hotel. The location is fabulous for walking, out the back of the hotel you are in a desert and can cross to the other side of the island or trek up a hill past a wind farm for amazing views. Nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, or there is a free bus from the hotel which takes you to a further away beach. Barbary Ground squirrels and nudists are in abundance there. Local bus is a 5 minute walk if you want to explore further south. Great hotel, fantastic staff and ideal location for walkers.
