Me and my son went here on 22nd January for 3 nights all inclusive, we got a really good deal on this holiday. The hotel transfer took longer than expected (that was because one person decided to take over 40 mins to come out the airport) we were meant to reach the hotel by 3:30pm but didn’t arrive until 5:15pm after all the stops it needed to make to let other guests off. We got a ground floor hotel room with patio with pool view (we did request this and was very happy). The breakfast lunch and dinner was ok but not the best as by the time we got back to our table the food was nearly cold. When it came to the pool bar for snacks and drinks it was disappointing to find we had to pay for magnums and cornettos (even though we were all inclusive) only soft scoop ice cream was included. Pool was nice but could have done with being a little more warmer considering being only 20 degrees weather (that’s my opinion) i also have to say every morning they would be cleaning and mopping all the stair areas which I found quite dangerous as I did see a couple of people fall during to it being wet and no signs out to warn the guests, it was the same by the pool area too, (I did lose my footing a couple of times) Evening entertainment I can’t comment on as I didn’t see none which was surprising. Souvenir shops were 15 mins away but only a handful there so we took the free shuttle bus to Monico beach that had a few more on their ***** (10 mins by the bus) only 2 buses ran there and back so if you do miss the bus it’s 30 mins walk. My overall experience out of 10 I would rate 7.5, it was relaxing but I wouldn’t come back again!!!

AMAZING!! I love a good moan but honestly I couldn’t find fault. We got a really cheap deal here so expectations weren’t high. But honestly we were pleasantly surprised!! The food was great, you wouldn’t go hungry, fresh meats and fish cooked infront of you. The rooms, yes a little dated but spotlessly clean and beds comfy. The pool is heated and not too deep which was perfect for the kids to stand in and take part in games around the pool. The staff at this hotel make it what it is. They all work extremely hard. The pool area was packed with cleaners very early morning making sure it clean and tidy ready for the day. The waiters in the restaurant and pool bar work SO hard. Nothing is ever too much. Tea opened at 6.30, we would get there for 7 and yes it would be busy but we always found a table that was set up with cutlery. Breakfast sometimes wouldn’t be and we’d have to get our own cutlery..it’s right by the food. No hardship?! And that was only because we were later to breakfast. I’d rather have a clean table to sit at and get my own cutlery than have left over dishes on tables and that is one thing I didn’t see at all. Plates were taken away quickly and with a smile. Wonderful service. Huge shout out for the the animation team…you guys made our holiday. Big mention for Sarah, you are amazing at your job!! My husband and son (even I) got involved in activities and they were all really good fun. Water polo, water volley ball, darts, boules. So much laughing was done. Really good group of guests for our week which made it even better! Evening entertainment was fine, we won musical bingo!! Always found a table in the lounge. I can see a few older guests complaining about this hotel being quite secluded. You can easy walk the beach..it’s just uphill getting back which I think people with low mobility would struggle with. There are a lot of steps at this hotel too..but there are also lifts. We would not hesitate to book back here!! It was fantastic. Thank you drago park!!

Nice hotel and ground not luxury but had been updated with lamp shades and lots of nice Xmas decorations around the old and trees etc Xmas tree in reception Reception staff ok Quite quiet when I visited will l week 18th December Good that kids club is open with table tennis Area is quiet near to of small hill about 10 minutes down to the beach Generally great food and very clean hotel with nice pool area ams surroundings Always nice to have buffet food great selection and quantities (infac alot seemed to be wasted at the end..) Cold Mussels were fantastic 1 night then there was a huge plate of octopus antipasti the next night!! We had lots Lovely fresh and cooked tomatoes peppers etc What we don't like Bread always very crusty Salty cappuccino from machines it had a weird taste. No decent decaf coffee only powder sachets All inclusive was a good deal for the price.. the beer war ok but all the wine and sprouts tasted watered down No good free cocktails. The menu says orange or pineapple juice but looks and tastes like squash or syrup. I saw one English customers face after tasting his cocktail.. not good.. Can barely taste any alcohol.. to be honest I rarely drink but even so.. There is alcohol free beer in a bottle I noticed The snack bar all day is OK but sometimes the pizza was not cooked through the dough was soggy Basic burger pizza selection in day with a bit of salad and cake One time the chickpea soup was delicious Also plates were running out in restaurants And tables rarely laid out. If not first in... have to get own cutlery napkins etc as not replenished Busboys in restaurant bit sullen and not interested not great communication or English skills.. but I know a bit of Spanish When I asked them to clear table they didn't. Found the entertainment females much friendlier I do notice in many countries that generally the women do the cleaning and the waiting staff are men...? WE really enjoyed the waves and on the days we went you can swim past the sf line so they don't catch you It doesn't look ^calma" but relatively it is The beach is sufficient But thought the shopping and beach was of course better in morro jable My kids preferred to play on the wanted than swim Surprised sea was so warm that I didn't feel at all cold when entering.. warmer than the Mediterranean in summer☀️ I think! Beware the buses to morro jable..8€ each way for 3...no bus at 11. Just 2 at same time ask the time. the 315 bus back didn't appear only 4pm last one until 6ppm which was packed..

Where to start. This place is a little gem. Absolutely perfect, for either a family/ couples holiday. So much to do,thanks to the entertainment staff. Big shout out to Sarah and Lorenzo. They smile from 10 am to 10pm. Arranging darts, bowls and ping pong. To the quizzes in the evening. You can win free cocktails. Food was amazing. Drinks on tap. Cocktails are fab. Everywhere was spotless. Always a sunbed,no getting up at 6am!! Big rooms, very comfortable. We will be back!

We arrived at this Hotel on Christmas Eve and were greeted at Reception by a lovely Lady who couldn't have been more helpful. When we got to our Room it was on the 3rd floor and was ideally situated. The Room was lovely spacious and as I have mobility issues I requested a Shower only and my request was granted. The Hotel is spotless in all areas the Cleaning Staff do an exceptional job and are a credit to the Hotel. The Food is delicious and plenty of choice at all meals. Everything is fresh and tasty and very high standard. The Staff in these area work so hard cleaning tables and ensuring all plates are removed from your table. My only suggestion in the eateries is at Breakfast in the morning don't have the Person cooking the fried eggs cooking the pancakes at the same time both were very popular and felt sorry for the person juggling both. Also the Salt and Pepper pots need replacing alot were chipped or empty or put sachets of both next to the food station. The Bar Staff were all so nice and you never had to wait long for your Spirits which were local brands but very nice. The idea of Beer, Wines, Soft Drinks, Water and Hot Drinks being self service is a great idea. The Pool area is beautiful cleaned regularly. The Entertainment Staff are great so lovely especially with the Children. My only suggestion would be you've got a great entertainment room but it's not used to it's full potential once the Children's Entertainment had finished they did Karaoke one evening, a quiz the other by 10pm everything's finished. Except for Christmas night when they had a Duo on until about 1pm. Do Entertainment for the Adults 10.30pm until midnight even just a regular DJ instead of just soundtracks you will get more Adults staying in there until the Entertainment finished. This Hotel is lovely, all the Staff are a credit to TUI and I would definitely recommend it xxx

After booking this holiday as a last minute getaway and seeing the mixed reviews I was apprehensive however I did not need to worry!! Booked with TUI, flight and transfers fine about an hour drive to airport! On arrival check in was easy and the staff very friendly. We arrived around 8pm so headed to get food straight away, plenty on offer to see us through and we weren’t rushed considering they stopped serving at 9pm. Pool area was clean, plenty of sun loungers and space. No need to do the mad rush for towels as always loungers available! The pool was a good size and not too deep so kids were fine in it! There was a smaller separate baby pool for the little ones with a shaded area. The football pitch situated next to the pool and the kids park/area was perfect as you could always have eyes on the kids. The great thing about this hotel is everything is very secure, our boys made lots of friends and were able to go off and play but be on our view all of the time! Pool side bar and food area great as open from 10am and served all meals in this location through out the day! Good selection of food at lunch and ice creams/desserts too. Staff really friendly. The entertainment team were great fun, the four of them were great with the kids! Lots of activities in the day around the pool and also in the pool for kids and adults. The main restaurant for food was spacious and they had a good selection however as previous reviews have said a little on the repetitive side. The kids selection could have been a bit better! More nuggets as my LB said but overall good. Dee the TUI rep was lovely and helpful. We booked a trip to drive around in a buggy to the south of the island! Great fun and a good way to spend a couple of hours seeing the sites!! Our hotel room was cleaned every day and always fresh towels. We had a family duplex room, it was great for the four of us! I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you want an easy holiday to relax and rest. Great location for some winter sun! We had the best weather too!

After seeing so many negative reviews I was on my back foot coming here HOWEVER, what a suprise! The hotel was faultless, which was very clean and well maintained on a daily basis. The food was good with plenty of choice for all ages and was served throughout the day. The entertainment was spot on, Larenzo the team leader was spot on and always gave 100 %, and not marking down the other 3 who always were brilliant. The kids absolutely loved them and so did mine who are teenagers. Well done and thanks guy's. In summary don't be put off coming here. I would recommend to anyone however, the area is fairly quiet only because most of the hotels are all inclusive and bars are minimal although Morro Jable is only 20 mins bus journey where bars and shops are plentiful. Thanks Tui Sun Drago...You rocked!
