Upgrade to privilege! We had a room on the top floor which was lovely and cleaned daily. The pools were quite full aside from the privilege one, which was great. Lots of food options, friendly staff and very clean throughout. Lovely stay

We've stayed in Fuerteventura few times, but this was out first time at Costa Calma. The hotel was located right on the sea front, with its own steps to get down to the amazing white soft sandy beach with turquoise sea. A 10 to 15 minute walk and you are at the cute shops and cafes. The hotel itself was brilliant. Nice pools and plenty of sun loungers. Lovely views of the sea from everywhere. The pool snack bar was great for food and drinks. The main restaurant was excellent too. The Route 66 restaurant was also excellent. We had a superior double sea view room, but think we got a free upgrade to a junior suite room which was unexpected! The room was fabulous! We also couldn't resist the offer of a free photo shoot which was lots of fun and we of course bought the photos! Mike's Coffee bar was the real highlight. We couldn't stop using the place. They did such delicious Chocolate milkshakes and hot chocolates. We'd come back just for that!

Had a week at the Tindaya in april and mixed feelings about this hotel. About an hours transfer from the airport and a swift check in at reception and a glass of bubbly too. On to the room which was on the same floor as reception ( 4th floor) and was impressed with the size of the room although we did pay extra for the sea view. The sea view was a bit restricted as there was only a partial view due to the lay out of the hotel but you live and learn. Next stop the restaurant which states the dress code yet looking aroind the doesnt seem to be a dress code at all for the evening meal.Food was ok nothing special to write home about and dont bother with the estrelle beer pump in the restaurant as it just pours out a very gassy beer.Plenty of sunbeds but they get filled very quickly and not enough beds per ratio to guests.Mikes bar was good nice cuppa .Biggest gripe by far is the queuing at the pool bar queuing at the main bar queuing to get you evening meal.Looks like the hotel is understaffed yet the staff always smile. Would i book another holiday here no .

On arrival hotel looks lovely and reception staff were lovely. Rooms are good but they dont leave any complimentary water to get you started. There is a kettle but no coffee or tea. Food was never hot unless you were lucky enough to be there as they top up chips etc. Booked on the first day (sunday) for the route 66 restraunt. The easiest we could go was Friday at 8.30pm bit late with children. Was told they couldn't accommodate our group of 9 so we all had to sit separate. Finally got our food at 10pm which was cold. We were there for a week and the pool area was not cleaned once. Random socks left about from before we arrived. Evening entertainment not great. Had one night which was excellent a duo called the 2 of us. Last day as soon as you check out 12.00 noon you are not allowed to use the all inclusive. We were no being picked up until 3pm. Tried to charge me for coffee at 10 to 12. Bar staff and restraunt staff always miserable. Rooms not always cleaned properly.

I have been so disappointed by my stay at H10 Tindaya and, as a frequent traveller both worldwide and to this island, I have never experienced such disrespectful service. On arrival, after a long journey and a 30-minute wait at reception, I was told our room was not ready. While I understood this as we had arrived before 3pm, by the official check-in time I queued another 30 minutes only to be told—very coldly by Clarissa—that the room was still not ready and she had no idea when it would be. We eventually got into the room at 4pm, only to be met by a terrible smell of drains and flies in the bathroom, which later returned even after reporting. Over the following days, our room was inconsistently cleaned, and we even had cockroaches inside. My daughter, who was frightened and unable to sleep, had nightmares because of this. When I complained again, I was told by the same receptionist that cockroaches were “normal on the ground floor,” which felt dismissive. While one kind Colombian receptionist did eventually move us, the replacement room was of a poor standard. Even more upsetting, when raising my concerns to the manager, I was shouted at and told to be quiet. In five days, our room was only cleaned twice, the smell never fully resolved, and the lack of empathy from some staff left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I have never felt so let down in a hotel, and sadly I could not recommend H10 Tindaya.

Booked a superior room witch turned out to actually be the cheapest and crappiest option.. would be better to call it basic so you can expect to get a poor room. The room I got was very dated, bed was broken and uncomfortable. Few lights did not work and some electrical outlets were also not functional. Balcony had an overlook of a wall as the room was in a corner so no sun or any view from it at all. Worst was the noice! The room was on the main floor and people walked past all the time day and night! The door to the room was paper thin and did not even have a threshold so the room was about as soundproof as a public toilet stall. I did not sleep the first night and then had to pay to upgrade the room. The new room was ok and further from all the noise. Food was edible but cheap, canteen was very loud and cramped so you just wanted to get in and out from there as quickly as possible! - so impossible to enjoy your food. Sometimes you even had to wait in line just to get into the cramped canteen.. lovely way to spend your holiday.. outside pool area is located on a windy cliff with no shelter from the wind. Looks nice on pictures but not nice to hang out there. The Inside public area is very loud and it echoes in there so it feels like you are hanging out at a busy mall so also impossible to sit down and enjoy your drink there. If you like windy cliffs and busy shopping malls this will be excellent for you. If you want to come make sure to order the most expensive rooms with front sea view so they don't stick you in the basement or on the busy hallways with no sound insulation. Pro tip: Awful rooms to be in case you'd like to get any sleep ever are the following: 495, 457- 463 & 437-459 so if you book (witch I do not recommend) I would ask to be put elsewhere. I am not picky and came with zero expectations but I am amazed at the lack of basic customer service by reception staff. Staff elsewhere in hotel was very nice and cleaning staff did a great job. Beach right in front is lovely. Pools were all freezing cold however, even the heated one was waay to cold for my 2 year old and almost nobody used the pools for the whole time I was there. Not returning.

Great stay. I saw some bad reviews before my trip and I understand some but honestly, it’s a 4 stars hotel. You can’t ask gourmet food everyday and it was pretty decent for the hotel category. The entertainment ( mostly for Italians and foreigners) and the amenities were Limited but overall, it was great. The staff, specially those in the restaurant and Maria, one of the maitres were outstanding. My daughter has an extreme food alergy and they made special dishes even desserts for her. I can’t be more grateful for how much care they put into it. Thanks again! Well recommended for families although I did not use the animation program so not sure about it.

This hotel doesn't deserve a 4 Star. I think it needs a sanitary inspection. Every time I tried to eat or drink at this hotel, the coffee mugs were dirty, and I had to search for clean dishes. There was food, but for me, it was mass-produced (really poor quality). I've been to many 4-star hotels and I've never seen rooms not cleaned on Mondays. As an H10 member, I was supposed to be greeted with champagne, but instead I was greeted with a bottle of water in the fridge, which was only for our welcome, because the other days there was only a light inside the fridge and nothing else! Water in this hotel is a real luxury, impossible to get. I didn't expect alcohol, beer, or cocktails, but no water is absolutely shocking. For a 4-star hotel, there should be a kettle in the room to make tea? Next, Restaurant Route 66 is a joke. This restaurant serves food identical to the cafeteria, only served better and differently. The ice cream in Route 66 is exactly the same as the main area except you get a few extra buttons on them😂 and the only difference between the burgers is that it’s already made and you don’t have to put it together yourself! The tables were wobbly and dirty you can’t have a glass of wine without it spilling all over your table. People really need to read the reviews before going to this hotel, because it's a real waste of money and your own health. Not to mention the wind in this hotel. It could blow you away almost every day there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given an upgrade to a lovely room with a sea view which was lovely. The hotel is next to a beautiful beach and the pools are great for the kids. The kids animation team were great as well. However, sadly that’s where it stops. The food was horrendous. Not enough choice. Pasta and fries is not enough for kids. The buffet at lunch time was poor and as for snacks later it was a simple ham sandwich and yogurts. Kids need more. There was no ice lollies or any choices for the kids, just ice cream from a machine. We ate in Route 66 and I got food poisoning that knocked me sideways for several days! The entertainment at night was shocking! Lots of acrobatics! Not enough decent performances for a four star hotel. The staff work very hard as they are understaffed and plates aren’t cleared and there are long queues for everything! The cocktails are awful, out of a machine and are not drinkable. Some of the staff on the front desk are incredibly rude and find it acceptable to talk to you in a very impolite way. Maybe that’s their manner and I’m too polite. Overall, I will not be back to this hotel as it is by far the worse H10 I have stayed in and trust me I’ve stayed in over 20 of them and they have always been brilliant! This one sadly lacks structure from management and interpersonal relationships with their customers. You are not made to feel special you are simply a number! Some tweaks to this hotel would bring it back up to scratch but that needs vision, leadership and an acceptance that it is falling below par for an H10 hotel. Don’t waste your money look at other H10s there is a reason why it’s cheaper than other hotels.
