This is definitely the place to go for fabulous sunsets and views. It's a quiet area, but on one of higest hills I've ever stayed on. Down to beach 20/25min but recommend taxi back up. Taxis cost between 5e-8e. Rooms are spacious but could do with updating. Staff were friendly. Added bonus that there was a supermarket onside with all the essentials. Now the cons: beds were rock hard. Even though cleaned every day , they didn't sweep the floors. Make sure you wear flip flops or slippers inside. There were a lot of people smoking **** but it is legal in tenerife so there's nothing you can do about it . All in all, you get what you pay for but next time I will book closer to playa Fanabe

The views on our balcony and complex was the only real positive of our stay unfortunately. We stayed here for 5 nights self catering And we will 100% NOT return! Check in was longgggggg, no real welcome either, safe was £25 euro you get £10 deposit back end of stay. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment and our balcony was right in front of the amazing views very good positive! BUT the only one!! Rooms are in need of a refurb, chips, scratches and broken mirror on wardrobe and stains all over the floor, bedding, and towels. 🤢 cleaners came once in the 5 days we was here and they only emptied the bin! I also saw old food on floor which was obviously from its last tenants. Errrr! The beds are ok, but very hard. Bedding was standard but had odd rip and odd little stains on them, I had to use my blanket from home to put on top of the bedsheets. The rooms are really cold, we stayed when the weather was slightly cold had a bad week with rain etc but we found the rooms to be quite cold. Everything needs a deep clean. I had to ask for fresh towels. And no cleaner in site to ask about bedding! The music around the pool is WAY too loud! And my goodness if you want a good nights sleep don’t STOP here you can hear everything. If you don’t want to wake up to palpitations stay way clear from this place the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING! Bar/food we ate once here as we was told the grub was good, so we had bacon buttie was nice, didn’t try anything else though as we don’t really spend much time in hotel as we are out most of the time anyway. Bathroom -shower with waterfall cap and small head, beday- toilet and mirror with hair dryer which smelt like it was gonna set on fire. Living room- big fridge freezer oven hob sink big table 4 chairs tv stand with tv. Like I said we never used any of this as we was hardly in the hotel. Extractor fan needs deep clean. The apartment is massive though suppose that’s a plus! Pull out bed. Rips, holes and stains all over the pull out bed. This hotel needs some investment as it’s got so much potential. Pool area - good but never went in as far to cold, good amount space for sun beds etc. Clientele - rough and ready, youngens off their rocker on *****. You get the picture.

Lovely views from the hotel and balcony, however that is all the good parts. Extremely disappointed with this hotel! My partner has previously stayed in this hotel and was over the moon with how lovely it was, however we are both disappointed with our stay. We walked into our room to a bathroom door that had been flooded and then expanded causing it not to shut. Underneath the sink there was a huge amount of gunk that has clearly been sat there for a while. When a staff member came to our room she told us that there was nothing she could do and she would ask someone to come and fit a new door… 8 nights later and we have heard nothing. I then asked if we were able to change rooms and she told me that every room in the HUGE hotel was full which is totally untrue. Thankfully we weren’t using the cooking facilities as they are so dirty, underneath the extractor fan looks like it’s never seen a cleaner. The sofa bed has a huge stain on it, beds are like a brick and there is one plug in the whole bedroom! The apartment needs a huge deep clean and a refurbish. How you can let someone pay all this money for the rooms to look like this is beyond me. Staff at reception are friendly enough and brilliant when requesting taxis. The shop staff are lovely as well as the pastry’s! Can’t comment on the hotel food as we opted for self catering. All in all, the hotel is lovely for the views, however if you want a clean, modern place to stay, this isn’t for you!

After more than a few visits here, I’m not planning to come back again until completely deaf then I’ll not have to deal with the inane muzak blown out at Spinal-Tap-exceeding-volume12 all day long. Will they stop and consider why the majority of guests are huddled together at the furthest end of the sun deck from the bar? Look up! You’ll see most of us are over 40! No other complaints - yes, it’s up a hill, but that hill was definitely here when you booked it and hasn’t moved since. Shop is good; views are brilliant.

Aparthotel Panoramica might be tucked away but it's a hidden gem, the rooms are spacious, the pool is lovely, always plenty of sun loungers to use and the pool bar serves some really good dishes. We've been twice and heading back for 2025

Don't know what's a matter with some people this hotel is like a 5 star compared to the last hotel we went to in November los christianos checkin bungalows which was the worse 3 star hotel we've been too, We're stayed in room 302 1 bed apartment which is huge lovely and clean with amazing views over the Atlantic,pool area was lovely as to was was the bar area,I really cannot fault this hotel and neither could a few other couples we spoke to and they've already booked to stay here again so overall I do recommend this hotel and I would return The only little gripe i have is they should put on a shuttle bus 🚌 to the beach ⛱️
