This is definitely the place to go for fabulous sunsets and views. It's a quiet area, but on one of higest hills I've ever stayed on. Down to beach 20/25min but recommend taxi back up. Taxis cost between 5e-8e. Rooms are spacious but could do with updating. Staff were friendly. Added bonus that there was a supermarket onside with all the essentials. Now the cons: beds were rock hard. Even though cleaned every day , they didn't sweep the floors. Make sure you wear flip flops or slippers inside. There were a lot of people smoking **** but it is legal in tenerife so there's nothing you can do about it . All in all, you get what you pay for but next time I will book closer to playa Fanabe

i don’t understand all of the bad reviews on here, because this hotel was lush!! we went as a couple and as someone who is very anxious we felt safe the whole time with security guards at the gate 24/7. Pool was a decent size, rooms were very spacious, only downside was the shower as it floods the bathroom but i always have this issue abroad. Cleaners were round every day, the bar staff were so lovely and made us feel so welcome and the breakfast 10/10. always a little bit of entertainment in the evenings perfect for pre drinks as they’re cheap. Pool party on a friday in the day was so much fun. We had no issues the whole 10 days we were there. let us keep our bags there during the day for our late flight and everything isn’t too far away. aqualand and siam park were a 10 min taxi! evening taxis are abit of a nightmare as gets busy but it’s only a 30 min walk downhill but would defo pay €6-€10 euro when coming back to the hotel from the beach front. Yes it has hills but that’s stated and u can see that and it is worth it for the balcony views. supermarket on site had everything you need!! had a really lovely time and would stay here again

Unhelpful staff, apartment shabby in massive need of a refurbishment & we should of read reviews before booking, the furniture in the lounge was not desirable, broken parts off of the furniture & the table outside, you would of thought the management would of at least attempted to replace or fix breakages! The kitchen sink on arrival still had peas/onions in it from the previous occupants, yuk! We have stayed in 3* apartments/hotels before & our expectations have never been high but pleasantly surprised, however this place we would advise anybody not to book until the owners of this company up their game!

The apartment we booked was self catering for a family of 4. There were not enough pots for 2 let alone 1. No frying pan, no oven. The cooker hood filters full of grease actually dripping with so we cleaned that ourselves. We adked for a frying pan which we did get. Glasses were broken, so not much to drink from, thanks to pool bar for supplying (returned back at end of stay). Apartment had no cleaning equipment, like a brush and pan, so floor only cleaned when cleaners in. All furniture either broken, or falling apart, tape on walls from a party never taken down. Very, very steep climbs so not for the unfit. Staff however at pool bar and reception were FANTASTIC. Sadly won't be back as photos don't show you the damaged furniture.

Great hotel, friendly knowledgeable very helpful staff. Most beautiful views ever seen. Will return. Thank you all at panoramica for making this holiday the best ever yet, building memories I will never forget! Friendly helpful cleaners haply to greet guests no need to request towels or essentials as all in the room which is waiting for you

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. They haven't been maintained particularly well, meaning there is some damage to furnishings. We didn't see any cockroaches during our stay. The food from the pool bar is lovely, though not the cheapest. The views are amazing! The hill is very steep but we enjoyed the challenge of walking up it ! We walked to the beach and back most days and walked down again during the evening but got a taxi back. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, we would come back to this hotel if staying in Tenerife again.
