Do not save on hotel on Tenerife! This hotel has great location , beach right behind the back door c lots of restaurants, shops, marine is walking distance. But we faced lots of issues : the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms , phone didn’t work, be ready for bed bugs ( they didn’t bite us , but see the pictures attached ), the windows are not sound proof and there are a lot of getto people in this hotel, so prepare for long night party . The fire detector was red, doubt that they changed batteries since the hotel was build.
The huge plus is the breakfast, honestly better than some Marriott or Hilton we been to . Lots of variety of food. Breakfast 8-10( pretty late , but worked with our schedule) .

The resort is in need of a revamp. The poolside and beaches is good but the rooms are old and the furniture looks dated and worn out . The apartment size is big though, and equipped with utensils, pots , microwave , kettle etc . I knew it was quite old but I hadn’t realised it was that old. Breakfast is adequate

Great hotel. Breakfast is great with good food and lots of options. Restaurants are around the corner. Kamilla's cafe underneath the hotel has great sandwiches and barraquitos

PALM BEACH EI YLLÄTÄ
Valitsin hotellin lokaation vuoksi. Minulle täydellinen! Tiesin entuudestaan että paikka on nuhjuinen. Siivous niin ja näin. Pyyhkeitä sai anella siivoojalta,sekä wc paperia. Huonetuoksua suihkutetaan niin että henki salpaa! Äänieristeet NOLLA. Aamiainen kohtuullinen paitsi kahvia sai taas jonotella noin 15-20 min!!!! Allasalue ok paitsi järkyttävän kovalla soiva musiikki vaikka sijoitinkin itseni allasalueen perälle! Henkilökunta ok!
Keskinkertainen kokemus kaikenkaikkiaan.
