Friend and I stayed for 5 nights in Studio. Accommodation was excellent. Plenty of space for the two of us. Small kitchen with kettle etc. Sofa, TV. Nice walk in shower with lots of hot water to get rid of all the sun cream. Food in restaurant, enough choice both in tge morning and evening. We were half board. House wine very reasonable. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient, buffet was regularly replenished. Nothing we did not like. Room cleaned on a regular basis, fresh towels. Reception staff all friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a bit of a hill but not far down to sea front. Lots of choice of cafes and restaurants and shops. Lovely promenade. We walked to La Caleta one day and Los Chrisanos another day. You could get a taxi back if you just wanted to do one way. Will definitely return. Only sorry we were not staying longer. Lovely stay.

We were a family of 14 people staying there over the new year and loved it. The hotel is small and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the beds so comfy. The food was the best I ever had in a Full board Hotel. And the party on new year´s eve was so great. The Staff is great and the people working in the lobby helped so much as we had some hospital visits during our stay. So friendly, asking about the injured person and always smiling. We want to stay there again next year :)

Brilliant stay, yet again This is our fourth stay in this little gem, staff are brilliant , the hotel is one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed . The reception & bar staff can’t do enough for you. Food is good & breakfast is good too! Great all round!!

I have just returned from a 5 night stay in the Panorama (I stayed here at this time last year, and if I can afford it, I will be booking again for next year) Check out my previous reviews. I love this hotel, all the staff are amazing and super friendly, with alot of faces I recognise from last year, which is always a good sign. I booked a package via Jet2, and the staff were able to fulfil my request of a specific room (I loved the room I had last year, and whilst they cannot guarantee any requests, they certainly go out of their way to try to make it happen) I had a superior sea facing room on floor 2, this gets the sun from about midday until it goes down. The apartment was exactly as I remember it, sitting area (which I think folds out into a bed) TV (never used it, so don't know what channels it offered) Twin beds with side tables with power outlets. Wardrobe with safe (extra cost of €3 per day) Small kitchen area, with sink, fridge, 2 ring burner and small selection of plates/ cups etc. There was a kettle and toaster (as I said in my previous reviews, unsure if this was because I booked via Jet2, as they have them available for hire) Bathroom was clean, shower was powerful and water hot. As last year, I opted for half board, both breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet with a good selection of foods available. You also have the option of swapping your evening meal for a lunch if you wish, I did opt to do this. You just go to reception and they give you a ticket. Lunch is served beside the pool, this a menu option and your choice is cooked fresh and has a nice selection of burgers, pizza, wraps etc and can be purchased at an extra cost if this isn't in your meal plan. This hotel is just a few steps from the main path that runs all the way to Los Chistianos and La Caleta in the other direction. It is close to a few good supermarkets as well as a very large selection of bars and restaurants I'm so hoping that I can make it back again next year. Thank you to all the staff.

We have just returned from this lovely hotel.spotlessly clean. Excellent position for exploring the area. Amazing staff who went the extra mile. Special mention to Carmen who worked tirelessly with a smile to ensure we had a good time We traveled with a group of 12 for a 50th birthday and we were not disappointed.

The Hotel & Staff are absolutely fantastic, they have a special personal touch as it’s a small hotel. Never had an issue getting a sunbed, only thing that I would personally say that needs improving is the evening meal, there is not a lot of choice especially if you are a fussy eater. I would definitely go back, but instead of Half Board I would go Bed & Breakfast. Apart from that we had an amazing relaxing stay, so thank you so much to everyone of you.
