Manky, rooms are disgusting beds are 24 years old and springy smells like someone had just pissed up the wall in the room staff couldn’t care less pool area is just outdated as f**k never been in a worse hotel in my life the kitchen hasn’t even been cleaned properly the fridge is disgusting couldn’t care less about the family rooms but the 1 bedroom for 2 people up the back are looked after well and all done up

Based on cost per person the facilities and cost were great. The proximity to the ***** and the beach is fantastic. it's not what you expect to be greeted with when you walk to the room. it's situated adjacent to a carpark, and the rooms 1 to 5 look like they should be in an American motel. However, they are directly under the pool, and if you were stopping for a long weekend or a week and there are two of you, then it is a fantastic location and a good price.

I booked the holiday THEN checked the reviews and thought oh.. Reception on arrival - totally positive. Lovely ladyl Then we went and TOTALLY enjoyed. Its classed as a two star? Its a good place. Room good, facilities ok, pool okl pool bar ok being picky the lady could have put her phone down a do work - the chap was doing it all - but OK. Location good. You have a few steps to negotiate but the main question is would be go again. All day long. Aged 60 with a 12 year old son. If I can find it online I will book the family for new year. Enjoy,

Studio seemed to be recently updated, was clean and tidy and had everything we needed but the star of the show was their onsite restaurant which was top quality food and 10/10 for customer service, they went above and beyond….. will definitely be back

Terrible apartments.. Worst I have ever stayed in, was like a half way house. Would never return. The room was filthy looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long. The up keep of the room was disgusting. The shower flooded the shower room when ever used, to the point the water was so bad it was flowing into the main area of the room. There was so many disgusting marks on the wall, including blood and snot. We asked to move rooms , to be told we can move to a better room but would cost us a further €40 a night, so we checked the room out before we agreed and I'm glad we did as the room was worse than our original(didn't think that would be possible) we ended up staying in the original room but spent as little time in there as possible. We didn't eat in the restaurant, after seeing the rooms it put us off we did have a cocktail there which I will say was really really good, but that's the only thing I can comment on positively about the place.

This is the third time to these apartments. We had apartment 32. On arrival there was a foul smell in the rooms. We reported it to reception, a maintenance man arrived and fixed things in the shower room, kitchen and bizarrely did something in the wardrobe! The smell subsided but came back a few days later but not as strong. Again we reported this and it was dealt with. We had a two bedroom apartment. Two wardrobes , one in the lounge. Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, oven in kitchen with crockery , glasses and cutlery. Tv in lounge choice of channels and radio. Safe is extra charge. Towels and bedding changed every two days. Apartments are close to supermarkets , bars , restaurants and shops. Beach is down hill but not too far away with more shops and restaurants. Apartment was a bit dated , shelves not level but water was always hot and shower powerful. Pool has plenty of sun beds and a snack bar. Worth looking at for the price and central position.

I’m unsure why this restaurant doesn’t have its own review site but it is worth a visit for its large and well priced menu. Portions are also large and all the food we had was delicious. This was our second visit here and we would definitely come again. Excellent service with a reasonable bill to finish.

Unpretentious Pizzeria and BBQ restaurant located on main road next to apartment complex. Excellent service, very good food, nice local wine plus great cocktails, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and we will dine here again on our next trip to Adeje.

I have stayed at these apartments 3 times over the last 20 years, the room we had this time number 95, 5 minute walk uphill from reception, bit of a chore,the room hasn’t changed, very dated and beds not comfortable headboard attached to the wall and bed moves around well worn mattresses, this is a proper 2 star complex, the pool is heated very nice, the pool bar staff great and always good music to listen to whilst lazing in the sun, you can get a burger and a massive bowl of chip for 4-50,The restaurant on site is beautiful, 13.50 for sirloin steak and trimmings, great selection and only 2 euro a pint, the location is brilliant bus stops close by, 10 minute walk to the beach, there is everything you need really close to the complex, would definitely go again.please put some comfortable chairs in living room, I had to sit on a plastic outdoor chair for two weeks because the sofa was dated and not comfy at all!, the cleaning lady came every 2 days lovely lady.
