Guayarmina Princess - Adults Only

The most amazing hotel, food was excellent.. staff so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Our Room was so lovely with a beautiful sea view. Hotel is right on beach with some lovely bars and restaurants. We had the best holiday and will 100% be coming back to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was amazing, the staff were attentive. The standard room was still fantastic, and the beds and pillows were fantastic. Costa adeje was such a lovely setting for this hotel everything close by shops and water sports if you wanted fun on the beach. The entertainment was great. Food was lovely always a great selection.

What can I say, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, We had a junior suite which was lovely and has access to platinum area. We enjoyed all the restaurants, bars and facilities in the hotel. Would 100 % recommend this hotel, came home this morning and have already rebooked with hotel directly to return next October. Easy to get to the beach, shops and to local attractions.

Booked here with a group of girls in Oct. Upon arrival the hotel is stunning. Reception is like an airport. Huge beautiful pillars outside. Stunning. But very very quiet. Room was 3 sharing. Nice and big with a pull out sofa bed. Nice big balcony. Small bathroom with half tinted glass door. So your friend if lying on the bed could see you use the toilet. No idea why they do this. Pool is fabulous but very very quiet. Gorgeous sea views. We didn't go platinum. And were swiftly kicked off platinum loungers on our first eve by a very rude staff member. We had no idea they were platinum. Nothing looked different to us and there were no visible signs. It was the end of the evening he could have just said just so you know for tomorrow. But told us to get out we were not platinum. It's not all inclusive. We had to pay for coffee and crisps etc at the pool bar. Coffee free only at breakfast. Which is ridiculous especially for someone that didn't drink alcohol. For my friends ordering drinks they had to wait at least 40min each time. Staff were so slow. They probably didn't have enough staff on and probably deliberately do this so people won't drink as much. I mean after 40min they weren't bothered to order another. Buffet was fine was small enough. We sat outside to dine as inside felt like a canteen. Food was fine nothing to write about. Staff here were good. Location- not very desirable. Perhaps a little run down in comparison to further up the promenade. Gym was fine but in a room with no windows or view. So was stuffy. No water available you have to pay for it from machine. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The aesthetics of the hotel is probably the only real good thing about it.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful place in a great location. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had the best holiday! The spa was luxurious and not busy so we could truly relax. The view from the platinum bar was beautiful and the sunbed booking system made a huge difference.

This was our second visit to the Guayarmina Princess,we had a lovely holiday this time we did not stay platinum.Having experienced both I would not hesitate to rebook another holiday in either category,pro &cons for both determined by personal choices,eg pricing,room amenities &views ,restaurants etc.The hotel is visually stunning in a fabulous beach front location, exceptionally clean in all areas,the staff are friendly & helpful,the food is varied &presented well,however some days the cooked breakfast items were too cool for our taste.Hopefully we will return to the Guayarmina again soon .
