Beautiful immaculately clean hotel. Room was excellent & service excellent. Maybe the rooms could do with a dressing table for the ladies because it had everything else.The app is excellent for booking sun beds, meals etc. Some excellent entertainment, some acts better than others. Will be back.

From the minute you arrive you can't help but be impressed. The staff are welcoming and friendly, they explain how the hotel works in terms of sunbeds and food halls. The rooms are outstanding, big and luxurious, it's the simple things like a fridge full of complimentary drinks and the safe, free to use that take it that step further. Wardrobes with internal lights activated when you open the doors are just another little unnecessary but great luxury. Then the main hotel, the pool is a good size so if you want to exercise, without going to the on site gym you can and because there are no children there's no messing around in there. There are bars on each level where you can soak up the sun and a good selection of bottled beers, spirits cocktails and soft drinks. There's a huge selection for breakfast and same again for lunches and dinners and each night is varied so it's not a rehash of the same things every night. This place is highly recommended and I will definitely go back

After arriving to a view of a wall and other guests looking in from breakfast restaurant had to wait almost 24 hours to move to another room finally unpacked my clothes which had been in the case for an extended period of time and were in desperate need of ironing I was informed by reception they have no facilities to iron my dresses and I have to pay to have them done via a laundry service. Definitely not the best first impression and would recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel. Had much better experiences in hotels that are not as expensive !!

I don’t come to an adult only resort to get treated like a child. Loads of instructions on what you are not allowed to do and limitations. It doesn’t make for a very relaxing holiday I’m afraid. Can only use the pool for limited times, can’t get all inclusive drinks after a certain time. An all inclusive that isn’t really and charges for all sort of extras like using the jacuzzi and certain drinks (even an Aperol). This seems to be the way of the Canary Islands. It does look nice overall. There seems to be a lot of maintenance men around, but they seem to be focused on restricting how you use the Bali bed, rather than fixing broken items. And talking of Bali beds, we got a suite with its own Bali bed because we wanted to sunbathe near our room. However because of the time of year it only got the sun for 90 minutes a day at around 3:30. The staff were mostly friendly, some really helpful and others were just a bit tetchy. The gym got really busy from 8am and there wasn’t that much equipment to cater for the demand even in when the hotel wasn’t full. The food was very hit and miss too, sometimes quite good, other times definitely not of a quality worthy of a 4 star hotel. The entertainment and activities were good and the hotel itself is impressive, especially when lit up at night (although I don’t agree that this can be considered a facility of the hotel).

This was our second visit to the princess inspire unfortunately several things made it a disappointment. Which was a shame as when we were last there we had a great visit. We were in the 9th floor, first day air conditioning wasn’t working properly and tv would not turn on. When my husband went to reception the gentleman behind the desk was very dismissive , “the people before you didn’t complain so must be something you are doing “ was his answer. A maintenance member of staff was sent up quite quickly , very polite had to turn all off at main power board to reset tv as he couldn’t get it working either this solved the problem, changed the filter on air conditioning made it a bit better but not much apparently when your on the top floor it’s warmer???? The mini fridge was supposed to have several juices and a beer or two and if you wanted it refilled you paid which would be fine only was never filled in first place. Milk wasn’t replaced either after use Water for room was replanted and again not every day. All inclusive drinks stop at 11.00 The last two evenings we were there they didn’t have enough bar staff on . So disappointing after us telling my daughter and partner how great the hotel was. There air conditioning wasn’t working either but didn’t want to cause any problems so just lived with a warm room for the week. On the plus side the food was good in the buffet area and most of the staff in hotel very pleasant and helpful

The staff here are all of a similar mind in that they wish you to have a wonderful time and from our experience they really do try. The Inspire Princess is not quite the perfect palace for all as there is a clear divide between those willing to pay more as Esencia guests and the rest! Even so the facilities are kept clean and tidy for all , the 3 pools , the areas for sunbathing, the bars but especially the food market restaurant and The One, Food is to a good standard with great breakfasts, from simple continental to full English , plenty of tea and coffee but got to say the drinks machine juices lack quality. Lunch has options of buffet or from a made to order menu whilst evening meals should meet everyone’s tastes, from salads, to grill cooking be it fish or steak, chicken etc or the main meat that could be , beef, pork, turkey with limited vegetables for choice. Although the Annex block of rooms are quite modern and comfortable and all with pool view they never get any sunshine morning, noon or evening and as a consequence those sun beds by the main pool area immediately infront of its shape are also devoid of sunshine! Entertainment came via the huge stage or beamed via the Lyon Bar for all to view, this stopped at 11pm but if you liked a disco this carried on till late Overall the hotel offers a good standard of accommodation, food and drinks that should make for a good holiday Tips: use the lift on level one to get to level 4 instead of climbing 52 steps; use the back gate to save walking around the hotel to better access the Obe bar or the Lyon bar

Well second year of going back to the Princess Inspire Tenerife but took our 2 daughters this time. Once again amazing food choices and friendly staff and Victor at reception is a Top Guy so helpful. We love this place it truly is a great place to stay clean and can’t fault the hotel or the staff. And we are already looking to book for a third year but longer next time. Hats off to all the staff there they are a real credit to the Princess Hotel Chain and the staff is what makes that place so lovely. I see you all again next year.

We recently stayed at the Princess Inspire Hotel in Tenerife, and while the hotel itself is lovely and in a great location, the overall experience left us disappointed. The hotel is beautifully presented, with stylish interiors, clean facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s also well situated – close to the beach, shops, and local amenities, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. However, the customer service at the front desk was a major letdown. Staff came across as disinterested and unhelpful, with little effort made to resolve even the simplest of queries. For a hotel marketed as a luxury experience, the lack of warmth or hospitality was quite surprising. We also found the hotel to be very overpriced for what’s on offer. The all-inclusive package came with a long list of restrictions, many of which weren’t made clear in advance. Certain drinks and snacks weren’t included, and there were odd time limitations that made the whole concept feel more like a half-board with extras. Overall, while the hotel looks the part, it fails to deliver on value and service. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return – there are better options in Tenerife that offer a more genuine and welcoming experience.
