From the moment I contacted Melia to book the hotel to the time we left at the end of our stay, the staff were incredible. Nothing was ever too much, they always want to help and make every part of our experience special. They surprised us with an incredible upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary. As if that wasn’t enough, there was a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary in our room! We were greeted outside the hotel and our bags were whisked away, we were escorted to the check in desk and brought a glass of champagne. Honestly, we felt so special. The hotel itself was located in an amazing part of Tenerife, our favourite, Costa Adeje. It has the most incredible grounds, so well maintained and the nicest pools. It was never an issue to get a sun bed either! The views over Costa Adeje are incredible from the hotel vantage point too. The food in the specialist restaurant was exquisite and the cocktails…well, were ‘proper’ cocktails!! They went down very well! If we got a taxi anywhere, they always called this for us and it arrived within minutes. We visit Tenerife every year and this was our first stay here, it had a lot to live up to as we have always had incredible stays elsewhere….boy did it deliver and exceed our expectations. We are currently here just now, we are booked through jet2holidays in a Junior suite on a All Inclusive basis. We are really enjoying the hotel which has a lovely chilled atmosphere. There is alot of premium drink brands included in the All inclusive...such as Absolute vodka, Tanqueray gin also the cocktails are well made too. The food is lovely with a good choice, I would say the breakfast is one of the best we have had. All the staff are Sooooo nice ! At the main pool you will never have a problem getting sunbeds. Will return for sure!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here with an all inclusive 10 day stay. We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed the food and drinks which were plentiful and plenty of options. I personally enjoyed the daytime entertainment of aqua classes which really lifted the vibe around the pool everyday. So a big shout out to Fran, Melissa and Layla. They are amazing and full of energy. All the bar staff were brilliant too and we had the best mojitos! We will definitely back and thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed for a week mid October. Upgraded to level via *******. Very large hotel with lots of steps so unsuitable for less mobile. Not a problem for us though. Bedroom lovely and maid service outstanding. Breakfast lovely in the level. Lunch buffet very good and dinner identical to lunch. Drinks service in restaurant very slow due to limited staff. This can be resolved overnight by having soft drinks, beer and water on tap like at most other all inclusive in Tenerife. Level pool had a weird atmosphere and drinks service there very few and far between. Drinks quality very good. Location - a good walk to sea front which we enjoyed and also was steep at times so very good exercise. Overall very good but some minor improvements could make it so much better.

Beautiful hotel, spotless well appointed rooms, 5* food. Awesome views from sea view room. The entertainment programme has been outstanding. Very high quality evening musicians and great variety too. Fitness classes top notch. Workshops are the best I’ve ever experienced in holiday: Fused glass jewellery and soap making both with local artisans and coffee cocktail and macrame with the in house team. Staff of note: Luisa and Leila in ents and Melissa and Fran on fitness. We will return both to Melia and to this property in Tenerife. Literally, a perfect holiday!

Wow. What a dream holiday we’re having. I’m fussy, but this is just wonderful. The pool-access junior suite is just perfect for my fiancé, who has a walking disability. He can just roll out of bed & into the (always kept perfectly clean) pool where he’s happiest, to do his laps, and I can just relax. We’ve hired a mobility scooter for him to get around the hotel & he has access to everything. His favourite is the Level lounge where there’s an open bar of quality drinks, sandwiches & snacks from 4-6pm. He’ll be dreaming of it when we get home. All his fave drinks, charcuterie, cheeses, fruit (dreamy pomelo!) pickles & more. The staff are the stars of the show. Our cleaner is meticulous, friendly & everything is kept super clean. Huge respect to her. Lisbet the Level restaurant manager is outstanding. A professional superwoman in efficient friendly service & management. Melia - hold on to her at all costs. Such thanks to Francesca (I think that’s her name - sorry if incorrect) who is also of utmost help, service & understanding, especially of my fiancé’s special requirements at the restaurants Tiberius is barman extraordinaire. Friendly, service with flair & a smile. Absolute attention to detail & works extremely hard. His cocktails, personality & service are a highlight. He is an asset to Melia. The food here at Melia is truly exemplary. The best we’ve ever had. Such a wide variety of high quality produce, salads & deserts. Meats cooked & carved to perfection & the grilled shellfish lunch I had courtesy of chef Yenifer was something I will be dreaming of for a while. She grilled the freshest produce from the sea to perfection, tailored to each individual guest’s taste, as requested. She works like a demon, and with a smile, over the searing pans to serve the very high demand of the seafood. So very thankful to you Yenifer. I’m still drooling. We are both definite fans of Melia now & will be recommending to everyone, and will look at other Melia hotels around the world, should they all be of this standard. All our requests were attended to promptly & in a friendly manner. The cleanliness, quality & attention to detail are second to no other hotel we’ve been to. Thank you all so much. It’s been a dream

Absolutly fantastic week. Best hotel we have ever stayed in inTenerife. Faultless!! Food was lovley and staff were so friendly special thanks to Angelica Leila and Jose. Beautiful.pooland scenery. We didn't upgrade to The Level as we had everything we wanted and our room was beautiful. We will be returning next year!!!!

What can I say what a fantastic hotel we stayed in the master suite The level which was amazing the food the staff and the hotel is so clean were special thank you to the pool staff at the drago pool they were also amazing would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be going back
