Well located but it's in the thick of the party and you smell music from the clubs and it only has one plug in the lounge and another lounge is the only thing that say bad

We have already booked and we stayed at the reception for a long time so that they can get our data and no one explained to us any information about the hotel. They gave us the keys, nothing more. Our surprise was that there was no air-conditioning when we entered, and it felt like a sauna. As soon as we entered the door, we smelled the smell of water pipes. They gave us a deposit of 10 euros for each remote control. Okay, let's go down and get the remote control, we go up, there is nothing that can't be opened, we called the reception, the boy showed up, nothing tells us that the TV lacks a button, we didn't have a TV all night Then we have to connect to the WiFi we gave to clavws, we didn't ask anything, that is, there is only WiFi in the traca pool. Never come back

Just came back from a weeks stay and we couldn’t fault the place. We had a premium apartment with a balcony and sea view; basic , very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed also prosecco and nuts on arrival which was a nice addition. House keeping came almost every day we were there with clean towels ect. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. You have to pay €150 deposit when you arrive however this was no shock to us as we knew this when we booked and have recieved it back after 24hrs with no issues. Location was amazing, a short walk to either Costa adeje or las americas and there was so much to do. Siam park and Siam mall just a 5/10 minute walk away and lots of supermarkets close by. We didn’t spend a lot of time around the pool but when we were there there was a nice atmosphere and life guard on duty at all times. We did have breakfast included however after having the breakfast one morning we chose to eat out for the rest of the holiday. People can make their own judgment on that. If you go self catering the apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and it’s a great place for a base when you’re in tenerife.

This apartment/hotel was perfect for us! Location is absolutely fantastic - only 2 minute walk from convenience store & supermarket, about 10 minute walk in one direction down to the beach and the *****, and 10 minutes walk in the other direction for Siam Park. Public transport also very easy to figure out, there is a bus stop across from ‘MAGMA’ which will take you places like Jungle Park, Monkey Park etc. We opted for self catering and the apartment provided more than enough for what we needed, it was perfect for preparing breakfasts/a couple dinners for ourselves some evenings when we didn’t want to dine out. The apartment and bathroom were very clean and spacious and were refreshed/cleaned almost every day, we were provided with a housekeeper’s schedule when we checked in so we knew when they’d be coming. We also paid a security deposit of 150€ at check-in, however we were made aware of this when we first booked our holiday and were told this is returned at time of check-out providing we left the room as we found it, so no issues with that. ☺️ The apartment itself had more than enough storage space for all our belongings while we were there. We also had a sea view room, the balcony was perfect to spend early mornings and late evenings to watch the sun and sea, it offers a very relaxing view. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman working the late reception shift on the night of Monday 27th May around 11:30pm (sorry, I did not catch his name). There had been a mixup with our suitcase - another couple on our transfer bus had taken it by accident, which was thankfully resolved quickly - however the man on reception was so kind, patient and reassuring that it would be sorted out, and did not hesitate to contact the bus driver. His efforts really did help to calm us down as we thought we would have a stressful start to the holiday. So a massive thank you to him! All in all this apartment was perfect for us and served us well for the week. We would happily stay in this hotel again if we return to this area of Tenerife! Thank youuuu! Stayed for 11 nights . Great hotel. Very clean throughout Hotel. Great location. And good views from balcony off pool and sea views. Would definitely stay again.Shops .Cafe and bars near by .easy walking distance to main bars and cafes . Well worth a look

the hotel itself is ok we had a one bedroom apartment on the top floor the kitchen is in need of a upgrade but it was clean and the view was amazing.The big problem we had was that i was attacked in the hotel carpark at 12 o clock at night and he got away with my phone so just be careful when coming back at night.

Caribe review Stayed here for a week from the 28th may 5 of us 2couples and one single we stayed in rooms 304, 309 and 313 , to start with on arrival they they wanted £150 deposit to be paid by card for room 314 only never took one for the other 2 rooms which we where not warned about before this . My sons room 314 had bugs on arrival in the kitchen reported this to staff at reception was an older man who done nothing, second night we went out came back and his room was worse bugs and cockroaches all over the room mostly kitchen area even in the fridge which was disgusting reported second time and they finally moved him to the floor above which was fine rest of the rooms where fine and clean. Hotel needs a total refurb. Our flights where not until 6pm on the day of departure leaving asked to keep a room on but was told no . Could only leave luggage downstairs in a room beside reception had no shower room just had to youse the public toilet in hotel for a quick wash before getting picked up . . The location of the hotel is so good for both adeje and las americas .

Don’t think this hotel is the best if I’m being honest, bugs all in the room, having to spray every single day, and it still didn’t help. I don’t agree that me and my mum had to pay a deposit where as others didn’t have to pay, if you’re going to pay a deposit then do it for everyone, can’t be one rule for one and another rule for others. Cleaners need to mop the floor more as my feet were filthy I had to put shoes on every time I wanted to go anywhere. Could do with updating the beds as very uncomfortable. The only good thing was the view and it was amazing for the sunset and looking over at the sea.

Great little apartment central location everything you need in your room if you are self catering very clean large pool area not far to walk for bars and amenities staff very polite and helpful security have no messing if your loud or rowdy your out basic but you only sleep there

Honestly would not recommend this hotel at all very disappointed to say the least. Me and my boyfriend checked out less than 72 hours of being here, was meant to be staying 7 nights. Hotel needs a massive refurbishment, very out dated. When we arrived we was made to sign a contract which lead to paying €150 euros which we was told if we didn’t pay we wouldn’t be aloud to check in, we was never informed on this when booking this hotel. I asked how come the older couple in front didn’t have to pay and all they said was there are “older generation”. I don’t think this is fair one bit as if you are setting a rule it should apply for everyone, They take advantage of younger ones. There is also a fee if you want the Tv remote which is ridiculous after making us pay €150. The toilet flush was hanging off, the card holder was hanging off the wall, could see the fuses. Ceiling all peeling in the bathroom. Loads of scuffs everywhere. No plugs in the bedroom & hardly any plugs in the apartment literally had to charge one phone in the bathroom. No aircon whatsoever. When informing reception they sent someone up to the room all they did was fix the toilet which we was grateful for and screw a part of the door off & on which looked like it had been rammed shut. Pool area is very quiet no atmosphere. Didn’t feel very safe in the area. Was overall depressing ruined the start of our holiday.

What a beautiful place...staff polite and friendly very clean only thing that apartment doesn't have is aircon but we hired a fan ...definitely staying again I would recommend the apartments supermarket 2 mins away cafe where we had breakfast

Very disappointed when we got dropped off by the transfer coach. We had to drag our heavy suitcases up a steep hill then around thr corner. Not nice when your in your seventies with arthritus. However, when we finally got there, I was pleasantly surprised. Easy check in. Apartment, clean and airy. Bottle of water and bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Nuts for snack. Also provided was washing up liquid, tea towels, shower gel. The beds were comfy with lovely fluffy pillows. Apartment cleaned and fresh towels most days. Bedding changed mid week. Plenty sunbeds. Nice pool. Amenities in surrounding area very good. Plenty supermarkets and nice restaurants. 10 minute walk down a steep hill to beach. Took longer walking back up. Overall very satisfied and I would stay here again.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, we were quite nervous as to what to expect, however we were pleasantly surprised. The one bedroom apartment was spacious for two people and was clean. Towels were changed every day / two days and bedding was changed twice in our 10 day stay. The room had basic facilities, however no air on in July was absolutely unbearable and for this reason I would not stay at this hotel again as it was boiling at all times in the room, day and night. Staff were approachable and friendly at all times and provided great customer service, cannot fault them at all. It was my birthday during our stay and the hotel popped a bottle of rose Prosecco and a card in which we thought was a lovely touch especially from a budget hotel. The happy hour was cheap for drinks however we did not think the drinks were great, we didn’t try the food. The hotel is loud on an evening with lots of young people staying and coming in between 2-7am, with the hotel not being far from the Veronica’s *****. I would note this is a budget hotel and attracts the younger crowd for this reason, so be aware when booking if that isn’t your scene as it can be loud and keep you awake during this time. Overall this was a good budget holiday and we had a great time. Align your expectations to the price you pay and you shouldn’t be too far disappointed.

Accidentally left my AirPods so contacted the hotel as I could see on find my they were there after i contacted my AirPods had moved so were stolen! I was planning on getting a friend to pick them up
