Very nice hotel centrally located, easy access to main touristic attractions and highways, totally recommended.

Great stay for the 7 days good area staff very helpful deposit of €150 seems a bit much but the stay was great beds were ok although it was 2 single beds pushed together and the stay was made even better by caribe the cat glad the staff look after it well

Having stayed previously we are familiar with the hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel is basic , however clean and has all you need for a self catering holiday . Staff friendly , microwave , 2 ring hob, kettle , toaster , fridge with a small freezer section. Separate bedroom , comfy beds and fluffy pillows. The pool area is quiet which doesn’t bother me some people complained as they couldn’t play music however I understand why , as if a lot of different people played their own music it could be annoying? The pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds . The rooms could do with updating however for what we paid we were happy with the hotel . Booked via easy jet holidays . We would stay again .

Maybe im the exception but I feel some of the review I’ve read are extremely over the top and uncalled for. Arrived at midday and knew the room wouldn’t be ready until 3. Check in took 10 minutes and was advised I could store away my luggage and utilities toilets to get changed so I could use the pool. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a €150 debit/credit card deposit which was no bother as I knew about this beforehand. As I was leaving (Friday) they refunded me the deposit and it was back in my account on the Monday. The pool area is great. Plenty of sun-beds and the pool is spacious. I had no problem in having a swim alongside others. No issues with the lifeguard. He made people feel welcome and saw him kindly interacting with other guests. Yes, inflatables such as rubber rings and inflatable beds are not allowed so bear this in mind if coming with kids. If this is an issue, book elsewhere. Room was basic but I’ve stayed in hotels that were much more basic! I had no issue with the room and found it comfortable. Didn’t have anything to eat so can’t comment on that, but I used the pool bar and the staff were all very kind and smiley. Location was perfect and was only a 10 minute walk to the bars in Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Overall I found this to be a very good hotel and feel some of the reviews I’ve read come across quite extreme. Yes, I can only base this review on my experience but would I stay here again, definitely.

We booked a self catering apartment with no breakfast. The apartment was clean and spotless, receptionists are polite, friendly and very attentive. We loved the view from balcony. Piece of advice check all appliances working conditions. Now you have a TV in, but if you want to watch you will need to get a remote control for €10, if you need a hair dryer it's €3 a day subsequently fan €3 a day. We had 2 sockets in kitchen, non in bedroom. The pool is small and I would agree with other comments about lifeguard, they give you an uneasy impression that you been watched, very unpleasant feeling. The location is very good, we walked everywhere, Siam Park is just about 10 minutes of wall, there are public transport to airport varies of 25 to 35 mins to get there. The bus stop is 2 mins away. The beach is 7 mins of walk and goof, very nice scenery at sunset. The place is ok to stay like 2-3 days. I would stay there for longer holidays or with young children.
