AluaSoul Costa Adeje - New Opening

Lovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. Check in quick and friendly. Staff excellent as was the breakfast and 'my favourite club'. Pool clean and quiet. No sunbed wars. Position A in Costa Adeje. 100% will be back next summer, just waiting for prices to go online.

Staff service generally poor and indifferent, particularly on arrival. Spa opened late and steam room and sauna out of service. Loud music from in house entertainment until 11pm each night, audible in bedrooms (even on 8th floor) Won't be going back.

This is a really nice hotel. Modern and clean. We stayed on a B&B basis and signed up for 'My Favourite Club'. We booked this holiday independently and arranged an airport shuttle through the Hyatt website. The price for this was reasonable and although we were aware it was a shared shuttle we didn't realise it was a 3rd party firm that serviced a number of hotels in the resort. Therefore I would suggest arranging a taxi if you want to get to the hotel quickly. Check in was seamless and we were given a welcoming drink of sparkling wine that was nice. Our room was on floor 8 and had a lovely ocean view. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The only negative was there was no wifi in the room. I brought this to the attention of the reception the next day and to be fair it was rectified to some extent ie we did have wifi but it would either be very slow or drop out quite a lot. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The pool area was also very nice with plenty of sunbeds. There was plenty of activities around the pool although the music could get quite load at times. My favourite club was a good deal and there were plenty of drink options. However, the food was limited to breakfast leftovers made into rolls with some buns/croissants etc. The choice never really changed much and was'nt regularly restocked so it wasn't uncommon to come across empty plates. We didn't use the rooftop area as there was no pool there. The hotel has plenty of bars/restaurants around it and there is a nice coastal walk that takes you to other areas. Overall a pleasant experience.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel, it’s gave boutique vibes! Easy and friendly check in at reception, we had the ‘My favourites club’ suite on the 10th floor with a large terrace giving views of the ocean and mountains with two sun loungers giving all day sunshine. Cleaners were very friendly, you wouldn’t walk past them without them greeting you and they done a great job at making sure the rooms and hotel in general are kept clean. Breakfast had many great options, my only criticism however would be the omelettes that are freshly made, two mornings in a row the egg was still raw when cut open which is a risk to food poisoning…. one chef under pressure from queues results in undercooked food. Recommendations for ‘My Favourites club’ - you can’t access the rooftops until 1030, I can’t quite understand why you are restricted to sunbathing before this time. - The rooftop with loungers have all day sunshine but no umbrellas to protect you from the sun, if you want protecting from the sunshine you have no option but to leave. - For the privilege of my favourites club particularly those with sun loungers on the terrace, it would make sense for guest to have pool towels in the rooms without a deposit. Currently if you want to lounge on the rooftop, you have to make your way to the ground floor pool, pay €10 deposit per towel then make your way back to the roof top & back again to the ground floor to return the towels. The hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants, bars, shops, a short walk to the beach and a taxi rank is just a 1 minute walk. A lovely relaxing experience, I would definitely return.

The staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, especially the daytime entertainment keeping us occupied at all times led by a friendly and enthusiastic staff member. We upgraded to My favourite club room which did not disappoint. This room came with great views of the ocean and our own lounge with snacks and drinks throughout the day covered within our upgraded price. We also had access to the 8th floor terrace which had unlimited drinks all day. We opted for half board. The buffet style breakfast had a great variety of choice ranging from hot food to pastries, yogurts and fresh fruit. The buffet style dinner had great choices in food which style changed frequently ranging from a standard buffet, mexican night, and mediterranean. There was also a great choice in deserts and starters which had beautiful presentations each night. We always were able to get a sun-bed together no matter when we arrived at the pool due to the no reserving bed scheme. All in all this was a great hotel and definitely would recommend this place with no faults.
