Spent a fab 10 days here at the beginning of July. Family of 3 (53, 51, 18) Loved the room set out (we were in a Premium one bedroom apartment) separate bedroom and plenty of space in the living area for the sofa and a separate bedroom that was provided. My son pushed the 2 together for a double sized bed! Air con worked a dream. Comfortable enough, cleaned daily (except Thurs & Sun). Bathroom towels supplied. Shampoo & soap in a dispenser in the shower - no other toiletries supplied. Hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom, short flex, have to hold the button in for it to blow - but it works. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities other than the fridge for a few drinks. Decent amount of clothes storage space. Safe in the room - had to pay to use for the stay. Free Wi-Fi - worked okay throughout the hotel. 2 main pools - not massive, but not overcrowded. The 2nd pool at the back is much quieter (we stuck to this one!) Gates to the pool open at 10am. Our first few days we wandered down 5 minutes before and had plenty of choice. Then half of Ireland & Liverpool arrived and it got a bit busier! 😂 Wandered down 15 minutes before to get the sunbeds we were after. Main restaurant was good. Sometimes busy, but always found you a table. Decent choice of food, varied most days. Had the constant: chips, hot dogs, burgers & pizza for the less adventurous! 😝 Food was always warm. Full salad bar & dessert options. Snack bar available above the main pool - we only used it once - basic supply of chips, burgers, sandwiches etc. We preferred the choice of the main restaurant. Bars were all manned by friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait too long. Constant flow of any drinks you wanted. Could get busy at times in the Millenium bar when the shows were on. Wasn’t overly keen on the taste of the coke on its own - but it was fine with some rum or vodka in it! 🤣 🥃 Good spot with easy access to the beach and harbour. Plenty of local bars if you want a change of scenery. Curry house just near the hotel is fab if you want somewhere different to eat! 😋 If you’re booking trips, go see Jani at Cruzia excursions (just round the corner from MacDonalds) - top guy. Not pushy & decent prices compared to some of the others. We did: waterpark, jet skis, karting & off road buggy tour. Siam Water is a must visit 💦 this is actually why we booked the holiday in Tenerife! Overall - a decent, basic place to stay. Few spots could do with an update, lick of paint, but no issues.
