Coral Ocean View - Adults Only

Very clean and modern hotel with comfortable spacious rooms and quiet /efficient air-conditioning. Breakfast was excellent quality and staff were superb, I even had a phone call before arrival from Nikolas in reception to discuss my room request and found us a perfect location for our needs.  Will definitely return again.

Food awful all warm not much of a selection noticed a microwave got put in two days before we left. Rooms spotless. Bar service not very good cocktail s served warm not many drinks on the all inclusive selection would I go again no.

Come to this hotel for the last 4 years as a solo traveller. There are a few changes this year some good some not so good. New renovation to reception and lobby is nice though I do miss the small inside shop which has been replaced by some shelves in a corner with very limited goods. The book exchange corner has gone and not been replaced which is a shame as travellers would leave their books they read and could use one from the shelf. The food was very bad this year not a great selection lots of meat overcooked and dried up. The deep end at the pool the steps are still wobbly and dangerous as many people kept slipping trying to climb out of the pool. Positives Lift - New lift being installed outside by pool which is much needed as steps can be quite dangerous for older vulnerable people. Renovation- looks nice and fresh Staff - staff are lovely approachable and kind. Cleanliness - hotel is very nice and clean Negatives Internal lifts - desperately need upgrading very slow and unreliable Roof top area - needs a small bar as you have to go down 8 floors to go to the pool bar and then back up 8 floors to the roof top Food - very badly cooked. Not much selection. Also as all inclusive there should be chips, pizza, cakes etc available all through the day time. Pool area - steps need fixing dangerous Book exchange - please bring back the book corner Shop - either needs more choice ie coffee, tea, milk biscuits available or reopen it as a shop On the whole I will still visit this hotel next year in the hope some things have changed. If no improvement unfortunately I will be trying somewhere else.

Don't waste your money! Stayed for a week. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in , apart from the cleanliness which was very good, it was absolutely awful. Food was the same every day with a different name on it. Not labelled properly, never knew what you were eating. 1 pool area on first floor , 1 restaurant, 1 bar. Entertainment poor. Very strict with smoking and vaping, Smoking area at the back, with a backdrop of a dumping ground of broken beds, mattresses, paint tubs and rubbish. Won't be returning. Should be a 2 star
