My husband and I stayed in an apartment for 10 days in May 2025. This was our 3rd visit to Malibu Park. The grounds and pool area are clean and tidy, the staff are always around maintaining the public areas. There is a small cafe on site open 12 till 7pm. Personally I find it expensive however it is convenient. €2.50 for a can of diet Coke. There is a supermarket within 2 mins walk out tue back gate which is reasonably priced. You can get a small bottle of Coke for €1.75. Short walk down the hill to the shops and beach. Around 15 mins. We always walk down and get taxi back which is around €5. Reception team are friendly, the property feels safe and the pool area is lovely and quiet.

WiFi Costa Adeje, was actually a studio apartment in Malibu Park Hotel. Loved everything about this place Location was perfect walking distance to everywhere, massive complex that was all spotlessly clean, staff very friendly, spacious apartment with huge balcony, everything you need is in the apartment. Good method of daily WhatsApping checking in on you if you need room cleaned or fresh towel. Pool very spacious and clean. Shower and luggage area available for flying out later that area too was also very clean Right across the road from the Aqua Park Thank you so much would definitely book again

Malibu apartments are very nice. Very clean complex with lovely outside area’s. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The apartments are spacious. Ours was a little dated but it didn’t bother us as it was clean. Whether it was because we booked flights and apartments separately but the room wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels or bedding over the week. There is an option for a cleaning service which I assume is an extra charge. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Approximately a 35 min walk into playa de las Americas. Great experience would stay again

Just stayed here recently on arrival receptionist very helpful into showing us our studio room 1023.. which was more like a residential block.. room was modern and nice and clean.. patio a nice size but downside facing a busy road .. and on top of a. Building g site so not a terrible view.. pool area spotless another down side pool bar did not open till 12 closed at 7.. no pool side snacks .. close to a few. Bars which some closed at 4pm!! 15 min to bars and restaurants .. think I will give Tenerife amiss for the next holiday

Lovely hotel, good location, within walking distance of shops, bars , restaurants, but a steep hill to walk down. Right opposite Aqualand, so great for a water park day out, literally just cross the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean, child friendly.

This hotel is comfortable and clean Wassap messaged everyday to attend to needs for breakfast and cleaning Pool area very quiet no rushing for “reserve “ a sunbed Supermarket next door to apartment Small eateries around the area Really enjoyed our stay

We arrived late Saturday night at 11.30pm 21/06/25 We stayed in room 3022 Which was very modern and spacious It was well equipped for self catering We had a sea view looking out from are balcony into auqaland On entering the bathroom we could smell the drains We went out and purchased some bleach which solved the problem There was only 2 issues 1st issue was there was only 1 knife in the cutlery tray but was soon erectified by next morning The other issue was drain flies every morning the was flies in the kitchen sink and shower trap I must of killed 20 on the 1st day I did notify the cleaner but she did not speak English too well and just swept the dead flies away We had to block the overflows in the sinks to stop them coming out through the night Apart from the issues we would stay again This is a honest review about malibu park apartments

Very clean and excellent customer service.Nothing was to much trouble .. Close to the beach bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back .. Lovely family run business x
