JOIA Salomé by Iberostar -Adults Only

Facilities were part of the massive hotel Anthelia. Not a bad hotel but far too big and cheap plastic type sunbeds not usual in 5 star hotels. Pool service none existent at Joia Annex. You have to go into the Anthelia before going into the Joia Salome. Bedrooms excellent though.

3rd time here now and its always excellent. Staff are fantastic and cant do enough for you! Pool is warm and everything is clean and immaculate. Rooms are great. It's quiet with no rif raf and no kids.

The location is perfect easy access to the promenade day and night. It’s easy to walk as far as you like it feels a safe place to be. The cleanliness is excellent, the pool area is always clean, perfect for lunch and evening meals. We had perfect room with sea views it was so comfortable it felt like home from home we slept very well. All areas of the hotel have amazing friendly staff who recognised you from previous visits. A big shout out to Mossi you are an asset to the hotel.

If you enjoy a luxury peaceful adults only holiday experience this place is for you. It would be too easy to talk at length about the lovely sea view rooms and the excellent dining. But during our stay, we’ve simply been blown away by the standard of the service. We thought the service at IKOS Porto Petro was good, but the Salome beats it for me. EVERYONE here is lovely, so just a few names to look out for if you are lucky enough to visit. Joffer and Daniel in the butler service team, don’t be scared to ask if you need something, these guys will take great pleasure in looking after you. Get up early and enjoy a peaceful made to order delicious breakfast. Janeth and her team are amazing. But the star of the show is Silvia, if you let her know you are a dessert lover, she will put together her daily special table-side for you. The pool waitresses including Aramburu and Jessica are simply lovely. Last night we watched joyfully from our balcony as Aramburu gave a french lady an inpromptu Salsa dance lesson. Honestly, it was beautiful to watch. Christopher and Manuel at Seasoul restaurant talked us through their food and drinks menu and helped us to make perfect choices. If you want to stay hangover free, be careful with Manuel though, he is very persuasive! What a guy, I love him! If you are “people person” come here and enjoy service that I think cannot be bettered.

Visited with my daughter for our annual trip away together and Salome didn’t disappoint. We were met by the lovely Raquel on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for her, Francisco and Daniel - Francisco even welcomed us for breakfast in Welsh which was definitely a first for us whilst travelling The facilities, food and service from all staff members was exceptional. We were all inclusive and tried all restaurants with our favourite being Portofino although we loved the setting for Sea Soul as it is situated on the promenade so great for people watching. We also took part in the craft jewellery class which was amazing. Well done to the all the staff at Salome - you made it a great holiday and we can’t wait to return again soon x

Salome is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, a 5* experience. The grounds, pool, staff and choice of restaurants and food are amazing. We’ve had 10 days of complete luxury. We’ll be back. Thank you Salome.
