I have been going in Laguna 1. For lots of years. Francesca On reception. & also small girl in afteroon. Absolutely went above & beyond to help me. Very appreciated. Rooms are lovely & refurbished. Just need a small table at side of bed For clock etc Beds around pool are very uncomfortable. Dig in your back. Need new ones. Especially as I paid £100 per night , unfortunately the food could do with more variety not enough of vegetables. & chicken two nights as I was half board Not enough potatoes sick of chips. But overall I do like this accommodation.

A Lack of Hospitality Ruined Our Vacation It’s rare to feel so unwelcome at a hotel, but that’s exactly what happened. Staff interactions were tense, and even simple questions were met with eye-rolls or visible irritation. Our children were scolded during meals for simply acting like normal kids, which made dining stressful. The food was repetitive and uninspired—breakfast never changed, and dinner lacked variety. The plastic wristband rule was enforced rigidly, even though it caused skin irritation. What made it even more absurd was that restaurant staff still asked for our room number despite us wearing the bands. At the pool bar, everything was priced individually and they refused to serve anything if you didn’t have the bracelet clearly visible. Management’s complete lack of involvement made an already poor experience even worse. Not worth the money or the stress.

Reading some reviews we were worried about how our holiday would be. Completely wrong! Beautiful clean rooms! Beautiful food! Great selection of drinks! Really friendly wonderful staff! Gorgeous pool! We have had the most awesome holiday and would 100% come back!

Firstly this is a 3 star and although I have stayed at better 3 stars this one does have some good aspects.... The rooms are modern inside with fans and kitchen facilities. The food has been tasty and good variety (beef stroganoff was the favourite so far) Breakfast has a good range of cereals, English cooked, continental and fruit. **Sausages arent the best. The restaurant is really small for the size of the complex. Staff are lovely, cleaners work really hard, they do try and avoid early bed reservations but it still happens from 6.30am. Pool bar staff are lovely, only cocktail of the day included. Self services on coffee, soda and fruut juices. Bar food is burger, nuggets, ham and cheese toasties with chips (included) Pizza isn't included extra charge. Entertainment is pretty naff, there was a snake show on but the rest is dance moves and music played on a 32 inch TV by the stage. Reception don't hire pool towels and there is no soap in the bathrooms We stayed for 4 days for a family of 5 and it was nice for a small break. Short walk to the beach and shops.

I was really worried before going hear as heard all the horror stories but honestly had the best time. We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive and as a very fussy eater I still found something to eat at every meal and food was decent and varied, son even tried some dogfish 🙈. Our rooms were near back of hotel on ground floor so really quiet but near the pool. Rooms had been done up and looked great, if a little empty, could have done with a wee table in livingroom. Cleaners came round ever 2 days to change bed etc but was told if you wanted fresh towels before then just to ask. We did see a few cockroaches in the evening outside and have one in apartment one evening, but was to be expected. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, pool was great but really really deep and you did have to be up at crack of dawn if you wanted to reserve a lounger. Poolside bar was great for snacks like chips etc. On last day out the after wasnt till evening and used our all inclusive band all day and stored bags away. Only real downside of hotel was the lack of WiFi (which we knew about), the alcoholic drinks being very weak and also the lack of entertainment and the heat in the entertainment lounge, or I would give this 5*. Would definitely stay here again 😊

After reading the reviews I didn't expect much ? But what a fantastic week we had rooms clean and big . The food we thought was a good choice something for everyone the pool snack bar kids loved it and the staff all very nice from reception to bar to cleaners . We was on ground floor 106b only seen one bug the only thing that out us off was the other holiday makers mianing about allsorts it's a 3 star and selfish when it comes to sunbeds put towels down don't return for hours The pool area could to with tlc but kids still happy I will be returning as enjoyed it and close to everything 😊 x

We stayed at the Laguna from 11th July - 18th July. This was a last minute booking I was sceptical of the negative reviews. Location wise the hotel is in a perfect area in Costa Adeje. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Supermarket is right next door to the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely female staff member (can't remember her name) no issues checking in we were told that we cannot have anyone coming to the hotel who are not a guests! The room we had was an apartment this was very spacious and clean this was pool view. We had no issues with the room. Maid would clean room every 2 days. Drinks are not fantastic for all inclusive especially the cocktails. You have to pay extra for slush puppies. Food was okay basic stuff really. I did enjoy the porridge and the salads. There are some lovely restaurants in Costa Adeje and Playa we did eat out most nights. Pool area was always busy, people do put their towels down early in the morning but I know that is everywhere you go when you go away. We never got round to seeing the entertainment spent most nights out in Costa Adeje/Playa.

Very friendly welcome from reception staff who were eager to help. Rooms spacious and clean as well as the pool area. Food was very below par. We paid for half board and only able to eat breakfast one of the days we were here. Tea options were incredibly limited. Food here really lets it down.
