I have been going in Laguna 1. For lots of years. Francesca On reception. & also small girl in afteroon. Absolutely went above & beyond to help me. Very appreciated. Rooms are lovely & refurbished. Just need a small table at side of bed For clock etc Beds around pool are very uncomfortable. Dig in your back. Need new ones. Especially as I paid £100 per night , unfortunately the food could do with more variety not enough of vegetables. & chicken two nights as I was half board Not enough potatoes sick of chips. But overall I do like this accommodation.

My partner and I had high hopes for our first holiday together, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite a disappointment. We understood that a three-star hotel might have some limitations, but even those expectations weren’t met. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a mistake—we wouldn’t recommend it. Dinner consisted of a single main course option, leaving us with no choice but to eat out every day. This unexpected expense meant we had to be far more cautious with our budget than we had planned. We were looking forward to relaxing by the pool with drinks, but the selection for all-inclusive was extremely limited—just beer, rum, and a couple of spirits. While restricted drink options are common in some places, this hotel only offered one cocktail per day, which was left out in the sun all day long. All-inclusive service ended at 10:30 pm, and soft drinks were only available at select times. With these limitations, we barely spent any time at the hotel, which was disappointing. The location, however, was good, with plenty of activities to enjoy nearby. Entertainment was non-existent, with guests left to sit in a hot, empty room where music played from the bar—far from an engaging atmosphere. After a long journey, we were eager to freshen up, but upon turning on the shower, brown water gushed from the showerhead and bathroom tap. The hotel did offer us a room change as an apology, though the manager’s attitude made the experience uncomfortable, as they seemed unhappy about the situation. The rooms were clean upon arrival, though I can’t personally speak to how well they were maintained throughout a stay, as I prefer not to have housekeeping enter. However, I did notice that the cleaners worked diligently throughout the day, and rooms were cleaned every two days, which seemed reasonable. Security was present at all times, which was reassuring, and access was strictly limited to keycard holders. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. All-inclusive felt like a waste of money, and the overall stay left much to be desired. Quite disappointing.

Room was modern and nice. Food was poor and all inclusive drinks not great. Hotel and pool area very tatty and worn. Looks like they were trying to improve things. Was advertised as Wi-Fi but only available in the reception area. You will have to purchase extra roaming data. Not many families, loads of groups served a purpose but we ate out all the time. Food not good

The room was clean but basic. No aircon but we knew that before booking as we’ve stayed there before about 5 years ago although they do provide fans which work quite well to keep it a bit cooler of a night. The rest of the hotel is a dirty mess and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since our last visit. All the plaster is falling off the brick work around the complex and the paint is peeling throughout. The towels provided smell vile when they get wet and need replacing as they a generally threadbare. The kids pool is being renovated at the moment so it’s really got that building site feel to the place with hammering and bashing mixed with the odd metal cutting. The icing on the cake is the smoke detector on the ceiling in the bedrooms. It’s like a strobe light blinking every couple of seconds and had to sleep with my eyes covered as my eyelids just weren’t cutting it so we’ve been knackered the whole time. Would we stay there again. Hard Pass.

Poor quality food. Entertainment appalling. Dull entertainment room with no air con room looks like a cellar. All inclusive ends at 10.30pm. Kids pool closed for 5 days of our holiday with no explanation not ideal with a 2yr old. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Very disappointed family of 9.

All hotel staff are helpful and friendly The hotel is constantly cleaned Any problems with the hotel rooms were swiftly delt with. Only wifi in the club and reception The pool is big and cleaned every day clean but very cold The life guards are honestly pointless. Don't take your eyes off your kids in the pool. The food is hit and miss. Some days the food was amazing and some days we just ate bread rolls. If they upgraded their food the hotel would be amazing. The staff handled some very rude guest with dignity and respect. The entertainment- the man that does the entertainment is a fantastic guy, funny, friendly and great with both children and adults. If he was given half decent equipment then the entertainment would be top notch. While there wasn't a huge amount he could actually do with us he made our holiday there. He made us laugh every night and got our shy children to engage and sing on stage. He did an amazing job considering what he had to work with. He had to do bing with a children's toy game. The only reasons I would recommend this hotel is for him the friendly staff and how clean it is there We had a parrot show where they did tricks and we got to hold them and take pictures. One of our highlights of the holiday. They said we were having a snake show which got canceled. Very disappointing when the whole family was looking forward to it. Booking trips is super easy with the lady just outside by the restaurant. Friendly and helpful and cheap

As a whole the hotel is decent. Nothing too glamorous nice atmosphere and very clean. Staff are always out in force cleaning so 10/10 for that. Downside is the hotel food is very poor, I was all inclusive so naturally was quite dissapointed as I had to eat out twice due to how bad it was. Pool bar is ok, Amstel lager on tap if your all inclusive however, the ice lollies you get charged 4 euros a pop, found that a bit strange given there are kids there and that would be a go to if you had a family. The hotel is as central as it comes, not too hilly and close to Local bars and restaurants. I had a lovely time regardless but not sure if I’d go back all inclusive, but definitely would go back for a short stay with the lads again.

Not too bad but I wouldn’t recommend to go All inclusive to this hotel. The hotel was ok it was clean and well kept, the food was good just not a lot of choice and a lot of things weren’t actually included, couldn’t get certain drinks after certain times, no cocktails, nothing at all after 10:30pm. WiFi was terrible only worked in the reception area.
