The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

Everything perfect

Came back after 11 months and found it as good, if not better than last year. The welcome, service, facitlies, food, the pools and the attitude of all members of staff from top to bottom, was brilliant, friendly and a credit to the group!

A great hotel, well run, well managed and well set up. We would highly recommend. Food and drink options are very good quality. Friendly staff, professional but personal. Beds incredibly comfortable. We will be returning. It fitted the title of an indulgent escape from Jet2 in the UK.

I felt disappointed on arrival as I had sent an email explaining my limits on accessing all of the amenities. I was recommended and assured of a ground level room. This wasn't to be. I had to struggle with great pain to use the stairs. (I can't use lifts) I am having knee surgery next week, which I explained in the email. I always check before booking that the accommodation is suitable. Obviously on this occasion they couldn't fulfil their promises. Only got to use the pools and restaurant. Both good and better service than the administration.

Kept catching myself saying Wow..this hotel is top class. Beautiful pool areas, lovely friendly staff, amazing rooms with the most comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen, spotlessly clean, fantastic fantastic can’t speak highly enough and can’t wait to return

We are coming to an end of a fabulous, restful, and sunny week at the Tivoli La Caleta. Having twice stayed at the hotel before it's rebranding, we can say that it is even better! The service is on point, food excellent and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. We have once again enjoyed the Jacuzzi Suite which is great for a family of 4 although next time, we may take an additional interconnecting room as the boys get older. The suite comes with additional 'perks' such as private breakfast, seating areas access to the adults only pool - however, we really did not need it as everything was so good. Naturally, we recognised many of the staff from previous visits and everyone was charming and could not do enough for us during our stay. That said the standout Employee has been 'Immaculata' (Imma) who really looked after us at pool and in the restaurant for breakfast. The Paddle Tennis also needs a special mention as Adam and his team run an excellent and professional set up. There are two well maintained courts, and the coaches provide private and group courses as well as kid's courses. Great communication, coaching and a credit to the hotel - we would come back for this alone. Final Point! No concerns over sun lounger reservation! Lots available and loads of towels!

Hotel was very well located with a short 15 minute walk to the La Caleta restaurants. Comfortable beds and excellent rooms. Pool area was good and the adult pool lovely
