Apartamentos Parque del Sol

We are traveling with our 8 months old baby. They prepared the baby crib when we check in. We booked half-board meal included, bfast and dinner. The service at the restaurant was fantastic.

We have recently returned from a week long holiday in half term. I visited with my husband and 2 teenage boys and can honestly say these are the best apartments we have stayed at since we started going to Tenerife 3 years ago. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and our sons loved having their own space. The apartment had everything that was needed and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. It was the largest apartment we have had in Tenerife and was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm and the hotel is in a great position close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone in the buffet restaurant with lots of variety. We all enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely return. I need to mention Raphael (sorry if I’ve not got the name right) on reception who was lovely with us and our boys when he checked us in. We were exhausted after a full day travelling and he really made us smile with his welcome and witty comments. Thanks for a great holiday

This is a very nice hotel located in the upscale district of Costa Adeje. + location is great + heated swimming pool, water temp +24C, very comfortable + big spacious rooms with a kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils + very friendly staff + good cleaning - WiFi did not work well in rooms, sometimes did not work in public areas - long queues for dinner, sometimes waiting time up to 10 minutes - some bathroom thinds need to be repaired. In our bathroom shower holder was broken, soap holder was broken too. Minor thing but pisses off when you take shower

Just returned from a stay in Parque De Sol apartments. We traveled with a large group and found all the staff to be so helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely and there was a nice relaxed vibe. Kids were allowed to use the floaties and have some fun in the pool. The accommodation was of a very good standard, apartments very spacious. Although there was no air-con - this did not impact us as the temperature was around 27 degrees and the fans worked great. My only gripe was that none of the TV English channels worked. Wasn't a big deal though. The location was perfect - about a 3 min walk to the beach and promenade, probably a little longer on the way back as it is then uphill. And a really handy supermarket just across the road. Food was nice - buffet style. Breakfast had great options (omlettes and pancakes on request in front of your eyes) and plenty of fruit/juices/yogurts. Dinner wasn't always to my taste but I certainly didn't go hungry. Great selection. Note there is no bar in the evening, though you may order beer/wine with dinner at the buffet. This suited us perfectly. All in all - a lovely 3 star hotel. Special mention to all the staff - they really are lovely and made the holiday really enjoyable. Well done.

Lovely hotel always smells nice and clean. Apartments not very well equipped to self cater even for two people so we just had cereals and fruit. Apartment spacious and cleaned daily by excellent staff. Towels, some were good quality and large, some too small! At 10.30 in the morning ALL sunbeds saved with towels on and only four families actually using them! Reception staff very helpful. A lovely holiday we would stay again however would eat out again, too much hassle with too little equipment. No teatowel, dish cloth, washing up liquid, you need to take everything with you. Definately not suitable for disabled or people with walking disabilities even report ones. Most apartments accessible by steps! Overall a very good place to stay and only a short walk up the hill,
