I could not find one single fault with Los Olivos. It is a beautiful, clean, friendly hotel, that is perfectly situated close to every thing. The food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. We stayed in August and I don't think the hotel was anywhere near full capacity, and I don't know why. Zero faults highly recommend Los Olivos Beach Resort.

Excellent, professional, competent and friendly staff. Brilliant experience. From the greeting at reception to the restaurant whose buffets and variety of foods which are more than satisfactory especially the fish to the pool side bar which is very welcoming I would recommend to anybody. Great cooks, great bar staff and not one complaint from myself. Very friendly atmosphere for families and friends of all ages. Thanks for a great festive Christmas season experience.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect, 2 mins walk from the beach & the prom. It’s our 4th time here & we will keep returning. I own an established travel agency in the UK so I would not say this lightly! The pool bar staff Carmen & Kevin are fabulous… they make our holiday perfect every time and just can’t do enough for you. Food at the pool bar is really nice & well priced. The sky pool has been a lovely bonus for us this time, it’s so pretty in the evenings to sit and have a drink by as it’s a little too cold through the winter but will be lovely from Feb to October I’d imagine - the only criticism I have is that the check in staff should upsell this more as most other people I spoke to didn’t know about it. Ok it’s not a 5* hotel, but it absolutely deserves its 3*plus status - rooms are comfortable & clean (cleaners were lovely & came every day!), worth upgrading to a junior suite for the air con. We only ever stay B&B as we love eating out so can’t comment on all inclusive. Also have to give a special mention to Pablo on the reception, he has remembered us every time as is a lovely man. Carmen is AMAZING! Looked after us so well and we had such a lovely family holiday! Great to stay at the pool and be hosted so well! Third time we’ve been back, peace quiet, great atmosphere without being chavvy, we love it! The pool is warm, out of the wind and with a good sea view.

M.Carmen the best she is nice kind and didnt mess up our order ,this service is also fast and will bring whatever u want in less then 3minutes! I really recommend coming to la palada great service i will of course have to give a 5 out of 5 for this service

Carmen and Kevin are unbelievable and attentive behind the pool bar This is my 6th visit to los olivos and we will be returning in October for another weeks stay the location is unreal a two minute walk to the beach and surrounding bars and restaurants please do take a look at this property it’s a great value hotel Also a Big shout out to Ian at all excursions Tenerife for arranging everything for us thanks to you all Steve & Lisa Nolan

The position of this resort hotel is very good and opposite the beach. Nice clean rooms and public areas. Some nice pools too, and I found not to be overcrowded. Breakfast was taken next door at Lagos Resort, lots of choice at this buffet breakfast. Its quite a spacious resort hotel and takes a day or too to get your bearings, might not be as suitable for less mobile clients as its a bit hilly (steps and lifts quite frequently dotted around the resort). I enjoyed a couple of visits to the Sky Bar which is lovely at sunset.

First time in los Olivos, it’s rated 3 star and that’s what you get, could be difficult to navigate if you have any mobility issues depending on the type of room you book. We had a silver one bedroom apartment. Apartment was fine no thrills, did have a few cockroaches the first 2 days, you are provided with a spray which seemed to work, reception staff very helpful and polite, also we paid €59 euros for a day up at the sky bar on a Bali bed, sounds a lot but you get €40 credit for food and cocktails that were really good. Looking back on our week stay we would return to Los Olivos as the location is absolutely perfect for beach, bars and restaurants in the area. Thank you
