A lovely hotel ! We had been moved here by booking . Com due to a problem and we wasn’t disappointed . Lovely 2 bed apartment which slept 4 of us very nicely , lovely complex and the food was brilliant ! Location was fab too would deffo come again A bottle of fizz in the fridge and everything you needed in there , just a lovely place

I noticed the wet room waste could not cope with shower full on.The management gave me an excellent response with a full upgrade to all inclusive drinks and food even on beach bar .Marvellous, but recently recovering from a stoke I don't drink alcohol anymore and like to explore different restaurants at night. But what a fantastic gesture from management. I am booking again this year, what a fantastic place. I don't expect an upgrade its still lovely!!

A nice hotel near the beach. Good breakfast, and you could eat outside if you like. The staff was very friendly. The room was great! We had a 2 bedroom apartment with garden outside.And everything we needed was right outside. We'll come back here.

Great hotel, great location. Beach is across the walkway. Plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby. Plenty of places to shop and some lovely walks into the next resorts along the coast. The hotel rooms are in a lovely setting with the pools through the centre of the hotel. Rooms are lovely. Very modern and clean. Staff were excellent. Rooms cleaned daily. Soft clean towels and crispy clean sheets. Food was good. Not a massive choice of meals but this was good. The meals presented were hot and nicely presented. Sometimes less is more. Less choice but better meals. Drinks were good. Beer was excellent as was the Sangria. Will definitely return.

This place is not for children .The food was terrible sweetcorn and chips for children. Pools are freezing cold and very deep Rooms are clean but very basic. Not ideal for elderly due to slopes and steps.Had to ask for clean towels. We were all inclusive and eat twice there.Breakfast was a nightmare waited 20 mins for a table then 10 mins for it to be cleared.Every bit of food was always cold even when it had just been put out. All inclusive is not all inclusive I had to pay for a coffee.Ice lolly’s and ice cream you have to pay for.Dont waste your money going here

Hola! Sorry for the slightly late review, I did promise to make one! First time being to South Tenerife, and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The whole place, the room (ours was 1099), view & resort is stunning. But what makes it extra special is the staff behind it all. From the receptionists, bar staff, cleaners & the rest, were all so welcoming, helpful & cheerful. You made our holiday! Also, thank you for the birthday cake & bottle! ❤️ See you next year! Fañabé is a lovely hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better location, only 100 m from bars, restaurants and the beach. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool area, never had a problem getting a sun lounger, also they have a lovely terrace which is above the pool area. I’d like to mention that initially we were unhappy with our room, I went to reception and within 2 mins they spoke to the manager and got upgraded to a bigger room which was far better. We stayed on a room only basis so can’t answer for the food etc. We will be back again due to the service received and the location.

Great service at reception, just got here, and very friendly and made very welcome Ice cold water or cava available for a welcome drink Everything looks very clean, very good first impression Lady on reception was very helpful and checked us in very quickly
