This place is not for children .The food was terrible sweetcorn and chips for children. Pools are freezing cold and very deep Rooms are clean but very basic. Not ideal for elderly due to slopes and steps.Had to ask for clean towels. We were all inclusive and eat twice there.Breakfast was a nightmare waited 20 mins for a table then 10 mins for it to be cleared.Every bit of food was always cold even when it had just been put out. All inclusive is not all inclusive I had to pay for a coffee.Ice lolly’s and ice cream you have to pay for.Dont waste your money going here

Hola! Sorry for the slightly late review, I did promise to make one! First time being to South Tenerife, and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The whole place, the room (ours was 1099), view & resort is stunning. But what makes it extra special is the staff behind it all. From the receptionists, bar staff, cleaners & the rest, were all so welcoming, helpful & cheerful. You made our holiday! Also, thank you for the birthday cake & bottle! ❤️ See you next year! I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews but please don't be. We arrived early evening and were given rooms 1071 and 1072. However, we had paid for air conditioning through TUI and these rooms do not have them. I spoke to the reception who said they would tell their manager and i should do the same with the TUI rep. After speaking with her the next day we were moved to rooms 2070 and 2072 which did have ac and an amazing view. The hotel even upgraded our all inclusive so that we were able to use the beach bar and beds which was amazing. The rooms have everything you need including a fridge and a coffee machine. We were even left a bottle of sparkly blue muscato. Beds are comfy with lots of wardrobe space to use. Balcony was great to watch the sunset from. It was my daughters 17th birthday while we were there and the hotel suprised her with a card, cake and bubbly. The food we found to be really good and we didn't have any issues. The staff work extremely hard with long hours. The pools are lovely though you can't use lilos or floats. The hotel is in a great location just a min walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The only downside for me was that our rooms were at the top of a hill which I didn't know before so got lots of exercise walking to and fro! All in all a lovely hotel but not necessarily good for young families as it is quite a quiet hotel.

The balcony view and position is very nice The village atmosphere is cosy. The position of the rooms are a nice thought although difficult for wheelchairs. The lounge music during breakfast is very nice. Friendly people at the restaurant, the cleaning ladies and at the reception. Pet friendly hotel. Having a kitchenette corner is always handy if you cannot make the breakfast-time. And to clean the utensils for our cat.

Where do I start. This Is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in absolutely discussing. When we arrived late at night and we were so looking forward to staying here as the video advertising this complex looked amazing. And turned out to be false advertising. After eventually finding our room we took one look at it and went straight back to the reception to complain as this was disgusting. We were told we would have to stay there that night as there was no manager available. Needles to say we had no sleep as the bed was filthy. The next morning we went back to the reception and after negotiations we were given what was supposed to be an upgrade but was just as bad. We were half board and the food no matter what time you went down for breakfast or dinner the food was always cold so we ended up eating out all the time. The photos I have attached is the true state of the rooms in this complex. The only plus site to this hotel is the location. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Costa Adeje was great hotel disaster. AVOID BOOKING

Arrived at the hotel and was given a free room upgrade to an apartment with steps directly into the pool which was very kind and appreciated! Hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty, and always had sunbeds available! Breakfast & lunch were good, dinner was a little disappointing, however there’s loads of great restaurants around the hotel at good prices so this wasn’t too much of an issue for us.
