A very nice hotel close to the Barajas Airport in a close city. The room is very confortable, and clean. It has all the facilities. Good beds. The hotel offers breakfast service with a good price.I recomed the hotel if you need to be close to the airport.

Rafaelhoteles Ventas is in a good location, close to the metro station (El Carmen). Hygiene is good, bed linen is changed daily. Breakfast is according to the ”buffet table” principle, but it is monotonous and with a small selection. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The name of the hotel is a bit misleading because it's not very close to any of the airport terminals. It's in San Sebastian de los Reyes, 6 km from the terminal 4 of Madrid airport. From the nearest commuter train station (cercanias, C4 line Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes) it took nearly half an hour to walk to the hotel. However, by taxi it's only a 10 minutes ride between the airport and the hotel. If you want to save time, I recommend taxi. It's about 20 euros. The hotel itself was very good. The lobby was stylish, the room was quite nice, everything was clean. Good customer service and friendly staff at the reception desk. But pay attention to the location especially if you have early morning flight next day. Next to the hotel there is Plaza Norte 2 shopping complex offering all kinds of shopping possibilities and restaurants.

I have stayed in many hostels before but at TOC it was the first time I stayed in a shared room ( female only). I was a bit worried as I didn't know what to expect but it turned out great. The hostel is awesome, has friendly staff and is the most modern hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were quite nicely soundproofed as you couldn't hear much from the hallways as it is usual for other hostels. In my 6 bed female room, we had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers - it was enough. :) I will be coming back, definitely!

We took it for its neighborhood to the Christmas city fairy, which had advised us to visit. In general I liked the apartment, it was spacious and had two bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the cafeteria was not bad (the food was not a big deal, it was enough to get by). The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning turned on automatically every day at 6:45 in the morning and while you were sleeping in the morning you would get cold and make a noise that you had to get up to turn it off. It also happened to us that there were days when the cleaner didn't even come to clean the apartment.

The location of the hotel is very central and well located, good cleanliness and good price quality. Before entering the hotel, Marisa, from the hotel staff, assisted us by phone wonderfully and explained to us how to check in online, since in this hotel it is done that way (something that Trip.com should explain and is not indicated) .

Remote urban hotel in northern Madrid. Staff not helpful, did not appear to be happy dealing with customers, like they were an inconvenience. No kettle in room as they have a coffee shop which is never open. Internal noise from other rooms was a problem, sound proofing is terrible. Also bin lorry comes around midnight, right outside our window.
