Fabulous hotel, but in a slightly odd location. Receptionist was fantastic and explained all the necessary details perfectly. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was okay, but the highlight was the breakfast, fabulous selection, which was delightful.

This was a great hotel for a quick stop between Messina and Sorrento. It is easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has free parking in front. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. The hotel has a restaurant and small bar, but they were both closed the night we stayed. Not a problem. Cosenza is a pleasant town with plenty of eating options.

l'esperienza ha superato le aspettative: ho parcheggiato agevolmente, il personale è cortese ed affabile e il ristorante raffinato mi ha letteralmente deliziato. Hotel nuovo con arredamento moderno, ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella loro suite, che dire pulizia impeccabile, bagno con vasca idromassaggio fantastica, non mancava nulla, personale GENTILISSIMO, PROFESSIONALE e sopratutto davvero DISPONIBILE (un cliente si era parcheggiato davanti alla seconda uscita dei garage dove c'era la nostra auto ma il personale della reception si è attivato subito per far spostare l'auto) nella Suite tutto era perfettamente FUNZIONANTE. Il loro ristorante è una piccola eccellenza nella città di Cosenza, qui potete cenare in uno dei pochi e rari ART RESTAURANT, piatti GOURMET, che mettono in risalto i prodotti tipici della zona con lavorazioni da cucina stellata, ottima preparazione del personale in modo particolare il Maitré il Sig. Michele G. che si prende "cura" dei commensali stando attento ad ogni dettaglio e rispondendo in maniera esaustiva ad ogni domanda. La colazione ricca e sopratutto PRODOTTI FRESCHISSIMI, anche qui la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale merita di essere riconosciuta. Che dire un Hotel offre tutto il necessario per soggiorno tranquillo, rilassante e senza pensieri. Grazie per questo fine settimana, un saluto a tutto il personale, in modo particolare ai receptionist (di cui non ricordo i nomi).

Sono tornato in questo hotel dopo qualche anno. Ho trovato una nuova gestione della struttura. L’hotel ha una posizione ottima: vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada e vicino al centro della città. Ottima posizione per chi va per lavoro e per chi va per turismo. Pulizia buona, bagni comodi, materassi che consentono un buon riposo. Un plauso particolare va al personale della reception e della Sala colazione: personale molto professionale e cortese. Se dovessi tornare in zona, sicuramente sarà un hotel di riferimento.
