Had a brilliant ski lunch here - despite being busy the service was efficient and the food was delicious! Good options for gluten free! As a group we had a variety of food from salads to chips, lasagne to burgers and everyone was delighted - will definitely be back on our next ski trip!

The facility is located on a beautiful location with wonderful views. The furniture is fairly new and nice. The food and drink offer is various. The quality of the food is satisfactory. The staff is a bit disorganized, this could be improved. Prices are quite high.

Two times we ate there during our one week skiing vacation and both were memorable. Excellent, versatile food choices, good service, great location. Very tasty meat dishes. Toilets on the ground floor, you don’t have to go down stairs in skiing boots. Would like to visit again.

Arriving after a couple of hours' walk from San Cassiano through the woods and the plateau in a winter climate (sleet, wind, sun only occasionally) we found a refuge that was truly up to the place, already very beautiful in itself. Despite the huge influx of skiers, the service was fast, precise and the dishes excellent and plentiful. Cleanliness, courtesy, availability and reasonable prices. We set out on the way back feeling decidedly refreshed!

The Pralongia refuge has been recently renovated and I must say that it is very beautiful, warm and welcoming. The interior is very well-kept as are the dishes. You can see the attention to every detail. The dishes are well-suited and tasty! The staff, in addition to being friendly and welcoming, is very courteous.

A mountain refuge that has nothing to envy to an excellent restaurant. Nestled in the enchanting postcard of the Dolomites, this mountain restaurant offers excellent traditional South Tyrolean dishes. A special mention for the strudel, truly excellent! The bill is balanced.

Beautiful place Excellent and fast service Very kind staff We had lunch and the food was very good and also plentiful. The prices are normal (nothing to do with the Jmmy refuge of Passo Gardena) Bathrooms in order and clean (despite the crowding) I recommend it and we will be back

✅Completely renovated refuge, really beautiful! MISCELLANEOUS INFO: Details taken care of almost down to the smallest details (e.g. ✅ two wooden rocking chairs near the window overlooking Piz Boè, decorative cushions on the various benches, bar counter carved with floral-geometric motifs BUT…❌ some peninsula tables are more suitable for a drink than for 2 people to have lunch in narrow and crooked spaces, Toilets could be improved as there is only one soap dispenser and the two sinks are diametrically opposed, the changing table available in the antechamber of the female toilet is not very gender-balanced) 🥺 MENU: ✅ Cafeteria and varied lunch menu; prices in line with the Alta Badia average BUT ... ❌ I definitely noticed outrageous prices for desserts (it seems excessive to pay €4 for a dry biscuit in the shape of a horseshoe) and prices for cappuccinos that have progressively increased over the years, now reaching €3 (in 2020 and perhaps also in 2022 it was €2.50 with a chocolate candy attached). ✅ Good lunch dishes. ✅ Standard service.
