The hotel is in a lovely spot with great mountain views and is about a 30 minute walk into Corvara. It has everything you need for an excellent stay. The rooms are modern as is the whole hotel. There’s a nice bar and outside seating. The restaurant is very good and the food was of a standard you would normally expect from a really good restaurant. I was staying on half-board and, on both nights, had a salad buffet starter and choices for the two main courses. Everything was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. There is plenty of parking and I was able to put my motorcycle in the underground garage, as were the other motorcyclists staying here. The only downside was that the lift wasn’t working for the two days I was here. Still walking up two flights of stairs probably burnt off some of the calories I gained in the restaurant.

Owner of this hotel is agressive with an attitude and extremely unpleasant. I could write a book of her behavior, but it’s too much. Just never had an experience on our trips where the hotels owner treats you like crap. Do not go there if you don’t want your trip to be ruined by some kind of phsyco. She also mentioned that she don’t care about other customers except the ones that return to her hotel every year.

Amazing Hotel in a "Windows background" location surrounded by mountains. Top crew from waiters, cleaners to the desk managers. They made our family stay full of forever memories. The cleanest hotel I have been staying by far. Very very recommended. Indoor pool, kids playing areas, external jacuzzi and a gym. Food for breakfast and dinner better than many restaurants. Thanks, grazie, giulan. Hopefully we will be back

We stayed in this hotel and unfortunately we have to advise against it for families with children. The hotel is nice and close to the ski slopes, but it is impossible to walk to the center or to move without car. The menu and the wine cellar are quite limited. The hotel offer very few services for children and the games room is small and unattended. We also found a notable rudeness of the hotel managers towards children who want to play and also towards parents. No kind and jovial organization for New Year's, indeed further restrictions on restaurant hours. The waiters, unlike the owner, have always been kind and very helpful. Honestly, we do not recommend it, in the area there are better equipped hotels with a better welcome that makes you feel at home and enjoy your holiday.

For the second time, we were able to spend a perfect ski holiday: -outstanding food with a great atmosphere -very clean rooms with South Tyrolean flair -spacious ski cellar with locker and boot heater -50m to the ski lift -very pleasant indoor pool and sauna area -the entire staff is friendly and highly motivated

We stayed in this hotel a few days ago. We had already been there in 2018 and 2019, and I remember having had a good time. We decided to go back. The hotel is quite nice, well-kept and clean, but there are some flaws to highlight, first of all the part related to the restaurant. They have completely removed the themed evenings that in Alto Adige, in general, many hotels do and I remember they did too, the food is good but with the exception of one evening where we ate local dishes, the other evenings the menu tended to be a little too cheap, economies of scale are ok but if one evening you have some raw material left over, it doesn't mean that you will propose it to me the next evening in another form, at least not in a hotel of this type. Some dishes honestly were not from hotels of this level, mozzarella in carrozza, breaded chicken, omelettes, minestrone...just to name a few. The appetizer buffet was very good, very varied and well-kept, I don't know why but it seems there is much more attention there than for dinner. In short, compared to when we were there, we noticed a downward reduction in terms of food and it's a real shame. Another piece of advice, keep the herbal teas in the spa, it's useless to put the hot water dispenser if you don't put the herbal teas in it, pay attention to the details, they make the difference!

Nice hotel, quiet, convenient for those who go skiing, close to the ski lift. However, the focus is on the wow effect rather than the real service. Gourmet cuisine and a very well-equipped wellness center (apart from the breathtaking pool, but practically unusable ...). We asked for an extra bed, we were provided with two mattresses, a child's one underneath and a larger foam one on top, you practically fall out of bed as soon as you move. But on request they put a normal mattress. Only 3 coat hangers in the room. Imagine 3 of us with wet ski suits and equipment to dry, towels and bathrobes from the wellness center to dry, shower towels to dry and nothing to hang them on. We were told that we can put them in the closet ... !!! The wet stuff in the closet together with the dry clothes?!?!? However, after insisting a little they brought us a coat hanger. Last but not least, 75ml water per refill, not sealed, €3.50! In the mountains! But the great thing is that if you leave it behind they don't bring it back to you later!!! Pointed out to the waitress who, annoyed, then brings us an extra half liter. Next morning, the same annoyed waitress points out to the owner that we take 2 500ml bottles of tea to keep in the backpack during the day. Owner who comes to lecture us and wants to charge us for the tea bags!!! Revenge of the annoyed waitress? For the coat rack? For the mattress? One thing is certain, a 3 star superior, more than the gourmet and the Finnish sauna should pay attention to cleanliness, order and be objective with customers.

Hotel in an excellent location With ski lifts adjacent to the hotel, close to the center Nice and well-kept spa relaxation area. Average rooms. Clean, a little dated. They would need a makeover. Average breakfast. For all tastes. From sweet to savory. The evening menu is a sore point. Salad area... starters.. rather poor and once they are finished in the containers they are not replenished ".. that is, if you arrive late you don't eat them." The menu did not include local dishes.. but very elaborate and fish-based ... I would have personally preferred local dishes. Poor portions and not always up to the standard of the hotel.. for the cost of the room and half board you can expect more.

My second visit to the Hotel Costes was once again very pleasant. Mrs. Kostner is a very pleasant hostess, the wellness area is spacious, and the outdoor whirlpool with its view of the Sassongher is simply wonderful. The "Double Room Comfort Panorama" is one of the most beautiful rooms I've had on my numerous South Tyrol vacations so far. Hikes can start directly from the hotel, so the car can also take a break.
