But for our needs it could be overlooked, the thing that instead finds all our disapproval, is the fact that, despite paying a surcharge of 21 euros because we had the dog .... There is no space dedicated to those who have an animal, a space for breakfast (included in the reservation) .... Not to mention the lack of preparation on the subject of guests with dogs, quite numerous nowadays .... Even just the way of saying, no! The dog cannot enter the room (which is absolutely understandable) but not having the foresight to offer an alternative .... Simply a: If you want you can sit at the tables outside or in a dedicated corner .... 🤷. My wife suggested it and we sat outside with my wife going back and forth with the tray .... And in the end to hear them say: are you happy now? No! We were not. And when it came to the bill ... under the heading 21 euros for the dog's stay .... I asked what he was referring to… the “gentleman” at the reception was totally unprepared… Let's put it this way…. In all the other rentals in the following days, we never encountered any problems, indeed they were very welcoming and available to solve (rather than create) problems or difficulties that arose.
